At least you have not had the door slammed in your face.

I hope this is sorted for you soon. You deserve some good news.:A

Thanks showergirl but its just going to be more waiting again. I have no choice really but just hope its not too long. We, like everyone on here, are getting desperate.

Right update from my complaint. They are going to make it against the insurer and but its going to be 3 months or so before I hear anything. Its 50/50 really now so still not over.

They have said it will go quiet at their end for a while but not to worry and they are still trying for me. That at least is something.
That sounds promising. What do you thing Marhsallka?

I think I will feel better in 3 months or so maxdp. I can say no more cause I don't want to get my hopes dashed again. I feel a little more positive though than last week. Its a long shot maybe but the manager today sounded much more positive too and he had shown it to the Ombudsman. I will just have to be patient I guess.

Yeah well. At least there is still hope. I could be laughing this side of Christmas... then again (story of my life, shall I hang myself now!!???). Please all my well wishers - don't answer that one. It was only a thought to myself really and not a question to be answered.:D
