Di, did you get in touch with the NOTW. I emailed him with certain things about the waiting etc at FOS and other problems people have but wondered if anyone had actually had him call them. I have not had a reply so I suspect that they are not interested in mine but they do want a story still and one from one of the banks.

No, hubby don't think it's wise at the moment due to our current circumstances, but I have passed the message on to others on another site which I think maybe interested, I know many of them have complaints in regards of lloyds tsb as well.;)

I am dying for tomorrows copy as maxdp said it may have been for this week she thought. Perhaps someone will in from this site.
