Di they are after people that have had problems with the big banks and yours with Lloyds would be ideal. They would not be load of people and it would be no different than one person and a camera. I have emailed him again today and my complaint is not the easiest for him but I have spoken but yours would be ideal. Have you been in touch at all Di? It could help all reclaimers and especially the run around you have had and all the rest too. It would make a good story di.

I asked if they would just take a story with no surnames etc and he said he would want my surname and also a mugshot too (just head and shoulders and he would do my best profile:D) but my case has jursidiction issues and its been the problem all along and my other case against the bank was actually not adjudicated at all as the bank made a goodwill offer. I think Di's would be great against Lloyds and Lloyds are one that he would like a story on. With mine there was a broker involvement so not what he was looking for really. Still I would have done it and I have emailed him all the details just so he knows of other probs we all have.

I would imagine it will be for this weeks addition although I may be wrong. We have had people from newspapers and tv programmes contact the company asking for us to be included in articles etc and they usually wanted it done yesterday.

    Hi Maxdp,

I understand about not wanting other people to know your business. I would not like people to know mine.

But like you I hope this gets somewhere.

Anyway had a great day ( apart from Nassie's news) and I am looking forward to the weekend.

I have actually got sometime off and I am going to see my daughter on Sunday which I am looking forward to. She has got a new flat and is treating me to dinner out.

There is a lot though on here of our business:eek:. I don't think its actually about knowing your business as your experience with FOS. A lot of us on here have posted our details and this is a public forum. I think there are some cases on here against the big banks that would make great stories and also help others too. My only complaint about a bank was actually co-op and they redressed without adjudication so not such a good story and pretty boring to tell. My other I told him about and even he said then " perhaps not the best one either". Someone must have good one to tell.

My case was also sorted without adjudication so not a good story. I just understand that some people may not want their faces in the paper
