    Yes it is Marshallka and like Pinknico said, it's very cruel as well.

    It's very frustrating..........:mad::mad:
    Its been a case of one manager saying something and another saying something else, then getting passed to another department etc and then this:eek:. I think the problem that they have is that even if the term of the PPI was seen to be unfair, again i should have known and been made aware of this at the time of the sale. They would then be referred back to the broker maybe who is outside their jurisdiction and the lender they say has nothing to do with this (even though FIRSTPLUS have their name on the policy of Lloyds of London). Its a mess really. If FOS can prove a link between these brokers (unregulated ones and especially the ones outside the UK) then they can bring these complaints against the insurers but they have to have been acting as agents and its very hard to prove. I asked if I could be looking things up to prove what an "agent" had to be in the eyes of FOS and he said it was complicated. I have found some things out from googling and to me all these brokers could be classed as agents but obviously there are other issues. I mentioned about commissions being paid and whether that would prove anything and he said that the commissions would be paid between the lot regardless of agents or brokers. Very frustrating!!!:confused::confused:

    That sounds nice Di. I stayed in for mine (for a change - not) but still had a nice day. Hope the weather holds out for you then but if not I am sure an inside party will be just as good.

    Not stopped raining once today here and plenty for tomorrow too I think. Its worse than ever cause it just does not get light either. I hope August is better. I was only saying to my son the other day (my birthday) that this time last year we had lunch outside (it was roasting). A bit different this time

    Yes your right I remember last year at this time was lots better, I hope August will be a better month as well, you would never believe it was Summer.....:eek:.

    There have been a few floods here today as well, but we should be used to it by now really....:o. We live by rivers so that don't help lol.

    Not many were coming tomorrow, as some are away, lucky things lol, it will only be us lot here any maybe one or 2 mates, it would have been a nice change though.;)
