    Hi Marshallka.;)

Yes I agree it's best to keep busy.

And of course with the school holidays here as well, that will help with the kids taking your mind off it.
Although I am still annoyed for you here, it's just so wrong isn't it?
All you want is one simple answer, it's not a lot to ask.
It's one h*ll of a wait just to know if they are going to look at this or not and not fair either!

Hope your dog is okay as well.;)
My dog is fine ish but will no doubt need this scrape again next week.

I have been impatient again and rang them. I have been told now they will try to get him to call me in 48 hours but no promises. I have stated that its sad when the people that you trust again (like this manager) actually state (I did ask him time and again and he must have thought I was a nutter) that they are definately ringing you on a certain day and then they let you down. She apologised and I know its not her fault but I want some answers to this. I told her I cannot get on with things as I want this sorting and it was "so close" to being and then again I was let down. All these managers seem to do is pass them onto other managers and then I get the boot eventually. I think their service has been a disgrace and its certainly not like they say on the website whereby you send the complaints in in your words and not the words of a solicitor as my original one was. PPI and unfair rebate. Yes i mentioned rule of 78 cause that is mentioned in the PPI document as to how they rebate the PPI when terminating.

I could thump a wall how I feel at the moment. I need to calm down a bit and get something done here.

I am now stuck at home for 48 hours again as I cannot risk going anywhere and then they ring when I am out.

    Hi everyone,
    Hope all are well.:D

It's rather breezy here, it was raining, although a little sun trying to break through, so fingers crossed,;)

That's good Showergirl, enjoy your day off.;)

Are you off to the allotment today Max?;)

Amersall, Pinknico, Dialysis, Marshallka and Turbo, hope all is well with you all as well.;)

I am keeping my fingers crosses that Marshallka will hear something today, what an agonising wait........ Good luck. It had better be good news.

    Hi Di:j
Yes am going up to allotment. Weather started off sunny but after being taxi service for my son just got back home and it looks decidedly overcast. Am going to chance it though even though I had my hair done yesterday, I hope it does not rain otherwise my hair will look like this:eek:

Do you have a mobile phone? You could transfer the phone so that all incoming calls go to your mobile phone.

    Marshallka,
I know how you feel, remember I lost it last week as I am also sick of people getting promised that it is being looked into when it is not.
So much for treating customers fairly.
I really hope things work out for you on this one, you deserve it

Do not know if you have to set it up with BT but all you do is then type
*21* then your mobile number then *21*# and all calls go straight to your mobile even I got my head round it.............eventually.

    Hi Marshallka,

You say you have a Tesco PAYG Mobile.

Have you signed up to triple your credit, I did mine last month and topped up with £15 and got £30 free credit. I used my mobile for most calls except those that are free with BT and my call charges for BT have really come down.

I have signed hubby up this month. Plus you use up the free credit before any credit you put on yourself.

It may be worth considering if you use your mobile a lot

    Hi everyone

A couple of months ago we received forms from our union asking if we wanted them to check our tax codes. I fillied it in and sent it off not expecting to hear anything. I received an e-mail asking for more info,
I have received an e-mail today saying that I am due a tax rebate. The forms are in the post for me to sign and send straight back.

I know this is not ppi related but thought I would share it with you

    Hi Showergirl

My hubby receives these forms quite regular from his union, even though he no longer works for the company where he taken out this union with, he still with them on a reduced rate, but we have never completed them, don't they sort of take so much of the tax what is owed?
I suppose it would be the same for the tax office as well but with not continuing with the forms, I have not got a clue really, hopefully someone else will know how this works, good luck hunni X
