Thanks for the update on your dog Marshallka.;)
Good that he is getting there.:A

I know it's good in the long run to have insurance on your pets, and I hope they don't put that under the same thing by saying it could be caused by the eye...., there is catches to all insurances isn't there?
It makes you wonder if any insurance is actually worth it but must say that when we thought he needed to see an eye specialist they said "thousands". We did have insurance until we cut back and i know on the pets forum its thought of as mad to cancel but we really had no choice cause we would not have a house to house our pets in. We reinstated it in April but its another expense. We have had the standard one for both dogs. Just hope we never have to use them. Its been 85 so far on this one and we have excess of 60 and another visit next week most probably be another 50?? so its probably not worth claiming cause after a claim on a certain thing its then omitted after the first 12 months following. He could need something far more expensive. Bloody animals.... I think mine is intent on self destruction. He is happily playing now with his alice band. He won't play with his ball now, I have to throw his alice for him.

Edit. He will no doubt poke his other eye with it by how he carries it around..... The one that has healed a few weeks ago. I can see "alice" going walkies...to the bin:rotfl:

Yes it can still work out expensive, I remember when we first had the cat, with his jabs and everything that was bad enough then, and that was a few years ago.......

MY dog is getting there although it was bad again this morning but its always worse after a visit to the vets cause of the green dye they put into it. Think he will need the scrape next week which they said they would do.

Still waiting for the FOS to ring. The manager assured me it would be Tuesday (I did say to him "for definate" and he replied "yes" he did not want to say monday cause monday was the day he was seeing another manager about my issues). This could open the doors here for others BUT I am not counting my chickens. FOS will be glad to be rid of me I think.:o

At least I am trying to change things.

    Hi Pinknico.;)

Hope you hear soon then, are Picture also being dealt with by Deloitte?
Thought I did read this on here the other day, or have I got this wrong?

I did leave a post on the ppi discussion thread, a copy of the email sent by the FSCS today, they stated that they already sent everything with our claim form to deloittes, so not to worry and just let them know there is nothing more to send.;)

I hope the weather gets better as well, poor kids......
