Hi everyone, will catch up with your posts in a min, but received a letter from DELOITTE on behalf of the FSCS "TWOPART/ELOAN"

    PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL
    MR x x & MRS X X XXXXX

    17 JULY 2009

    Dear Mr & Mrs XXXXX

    FIRM NAME/TWOPART LTD

You have submitted a compensation claim to the Financial Service Compensation Scheme (FSCS). To try and minimise the delay in assessing your claim, FSCS has forwarded your claim to us to begin processing.

Having reviewed all the information provided there are additional documents that you may hold that would assist us in our investigations. Please therefore can you provide copies of the following documentation.

. Demands and needs statement from Twopart
    . Your PPI application form
. The mortgage Illustration & Key features Document
. Any policy documents relating to the policy you are claiming for
. Evidence of dealing with the above named firm
. Statements showing the payments you have made to your lender/policy provider.

If your unable to provide any of the above, please confirm in writing to us.

Thank you for your help and we look forward to hearing from you. If you have any questions about this letter, please contact us on XXX XXXX XXXX

    Yours sincerely

    Senior Case Handler.
    ...................................................................................................
The problem I have here, is that I passed all the information plus some of the above already to the FSCS, could not find everything at the time, but most of that above the FSCS already do have of ours.
    Any ideas folks?

    Cheers.

Oh Dear Di I do not know. Is this just a standard letter do you think. You will have to tell them to check their files closely cause you have already sent them all in. Did you not take a photocopy of the paperwork you sent
them. Fingers crossed for you Di.

Was going to post the same as you. I always keep copies and I bet di does too. I would just post everything off again just to be sure so there are no hold ups.

Also that letter only mentions Twopart and not eloan. It there a difference??

Twopart are those of eloan.;) We have Twopart/Eloan on the application from when we taken this out, so this covers them both.

I have been printing off what I already sent to FSCS to deloitte, the guy from deloitte got back and is requesting for the copies from the FSCS as well.;)

Update on my doggie. He is getting there this time. The ulcer is healing but has some more anti biotics and anti imflams and then next week they may do the scrape with a cotton bud (not under sedation) just to take the dead away again. The last one on the left eye cost us in total £675 but when he got that we retook insurance out (But of course it did not cover that one as he had already done it) but we should be covered for this one now. We have paid just £85ish so far and our excess is £60 so we have said if they can guarantee the next visit is it we will not use any insurance and cut our losses as we are then exempt on the eye (or at least the right one) and he could need something much more expensive. I know how these insurance companies work. Perhaps if anything happens around any of his head area they will say its something to do with this eye thing.

Thanks for the update on your dog Marshallka.;)
Good that he is getting there.:A

I know it's good in the long run to have insurance on your pets, and I hope they don't put that under the same thing by saying it could be caused by the eye...., there is catches to all insurances isn't there?
