We have a few cases here in the north east and it is possible it is another pupil it was just the timing as my daughter hadnt been in college since the 26th june which is also what the info letter said from college, anyway she has finished now for six weeks so they might be a lot more cases when she goes back. We have not been offered vaccines yet but I wont be allowed as I have severe allergies so I will have to have the flu instead, hope not.

It's a good thing really that the Summer school holidays are here or approaching.

Dialysis have you contacted the Picture Solicitor and told him your claim is now being looked at now Picture are in Default?

Dialysis, when you have time on your hands, we know your busy with sorting this and that out, but ring your local CAB, make an appointment with them, I believe that some CAB's hold days where they have a free solicitor for advice, ask your CAB about this.
And like what Marshallka said make sure its a free one.;)

If you need some sort of letters, we can try to help you with these.X

Hi Pinknico I contacted him a couple of months ago and explained my situation Picture agreed to give us breathing space of three months before repossession would begin. I have to sign for the tenancy tomorrow on my couccil house it appears our claim will not be sorted by then. It is really difficult as on one hand if I do not sign and wait for our refund, which might not even be enough to pay off Pictures arrears, and they repossess in a months time we will be homeless. Or sign and move out and wait for our refund What to do? Hope you understand.

Hi guys I am on the FOS website now and they have a complaint form do you think
I should fill this in or email seperatly
It asks for the company involved do I put that as Picture or the FSCS for the delay in refund

I would put Picture in default and then in brackets put FSCS maybe???. Its worth a try with FOS here as Picture would have been under FOS jurisdiction at the time of the sale. I would certainly contact your citizens advice too and see whether they can get you onto someone. ALso you MP. Anyone is worth a try. Its not enough sometimes to just get back the PPI as its all the damage that has been done that is irreversible.

I would hate to be in your position Dialysis, but just remember that the decision you come to is the best one for you at the time. Give yourself a 'Well done me (us)' pat on the back for dealing with the situation.

Been doing some more sorting today (the halo is getting awful tight) and came across my old stamp collection and a bag of old coins, 1d dating back to 1866. Will have to do some research to see if I'm holding a highly sought after, extemely valuable collection, lol.

Also been looking for a caravan to rent so we can take our 6yr old grandson for a break, bl..dy h.ll, have you seen the prices they want, I only want to rent for a week not buy a share in one!!!

OMG I have loads of books of stamps as well, shall have to dig them out, do you want them if I can find them?
And coins mum collects them.
