    Hi Showergirl

    Sorry to hear that.
It's all that cleaning you do all the time......:D.
The next one I want is the new dyson, my hoover is a few years old now, it will do for now, but not picking up like it used to.;)

It all happens at once doesn't it showergirl. I can't wait until Tuesday but from talks with the manager its nothing concrete. I cannot understand cause I thought the rebates were things that the ombudsman could look into and my rebate was 2003 when Firstplus were members of GISC but had to put the complaint to the insurer as the FOS told me to do that as the insurer determines the rebate calculation.:confused:

Lets hope its good news but sounds a bit more like bad. I know you should not but I have been sort of banking on this money. Had quite a few unexpected things happen just lately and my dog is ill again. He has now done the other eye but it was clearing until this morning when he could not open it at all. Making another appointment but its so hard for hubby to get the day off work to take him and I cannot do it as cannot hold him as he is very aggressive (fearful) but until today he looked fine but the ulcer is still there and irritating. I said to my hubby that this is all punishment for money chasing. We never had these probs before :confused:and I genuinely believe in these things. Makes me wonder if its all worth it. They say its the root of all evil don't they. I know my dog is not a priority (in the eyes of FOS etc) cause we have other priorities but I cannot let him suffer. I can't remember telling FOS about it but I did ring some weeks ago and when I said about money troubles she said to me "your dog as well". I really have not mentioned this to them or must have been asleep when I did but I mentioned that we had to cancel the insurance cause of money etc (right or wrong although we have now taken it out again and have had to cut back on other things) so this is where just PPI back is sometimes not enough. They should pay out damages too.:D

Hope you can get a hoover asap. I am sure it will be ok for another day. Have a relax instead and get your feet up. You have sounded like you deserve one just of late.

Marshallka, so sorry to hear about your dog being ill again, poor thing, I hate seeing animals ill, its heartbreaking isn't it?
Good luck with your dog.;)I wish him a speedy recovery X

You have been messed about rotten with your case, I must give you credit though for keeping strong on this, unlike me I gave up with the FOS on mine, it was doing my hubbys head in.

    So fingers crossed all round.;)X

    Hi Di,

I have just stopped for 5 mins and came on here.

I do not know how Dialysis has coped with all that has gone on.
I would be near breaking point

My thoughts really go out to her and Marshallka who have fought so hard and for so long and to have the response they have had it must be sole destroying.

I hope that whatever it is that has kept Dialysis going she can pass some of it to me.

It's a good job we have sites like these to keep us going

Thanks showergirl for that but my troubles were quite a few years ago and life goes on but I will be damned if i can stand by and watch when others face the same as I did. It is soul destroying in a way but I was told

Its takes rain to make rainbows

    Lemons to make lemonaid

and sometimes it takes difficulties to make us stronger and better people.

    xx
