With a bit of luck it won't be too long, the message/email they sent did not exactly give a timescale as such but hopefully it should not be too long.;)

I still feel though dialysis, like what Marshallka said the other day about "redress" for all the inconvienience and stress this have caused you, that we can try to sort something out here for you.

    Your welcome dialysis.:A

You have lost out big time because of the delays.

Just wondering how to start with this one for you.

Maybe its a matter of just asking the FOS about this situation, I am not too certain.

Marshallka or anyone have any ideas on this one for dialysis, in regards of how to claim for compo, on whom dialysis would have to write to - to start with?
    Thanks.;)

On a lighter note I think I have sparked a scare at my daughters college. She was off ill last week with a flu bug. AS she was on placement at our local school I thought it best for her not to go due to swine flu. i dont think she had it. I informed her college she was going to stay at home due to a flu bug. They then sent letters to all parents that a pupil has the swine flu. Oops I think they think it was my daughter who had a simple cold. In tonights local paper the headline was local college has first case of swine flu. Oh dear!!!!;)

Oh dear.......:o, do not worry dialysis, I think it's like that everywhere now.;)
But again maybe there is a pupil of that school who has this, I believe they must have the parents permission as well to be sure, in case they get the wrong end of the stick.

There have been that many cases here in Wales......., my nurse told me that in October or maybe earlier that i am one of those to be vaccincated, due to chest complaints, but its best to be safe than sorry isn't it?;)
I do think though that everyone does eventually get vaccinated. X

We have a few cases here in the north east and it is possible it is another pupil it was just the timing as my daughter hadnt been in college since the 26th june which is also what the info letter said from college, anyway she has finished now for six weeks so they might be a lot more cases when she goes back. We have not been offered vaccines yet but I wont be allowed as I have severe allergies so I will have to have the flu instead, hope not.

Its difficult as hopefully the claim for refund of PPI will soon be sorted but it will come too late to stop the repossession of our home so where do I go to claim compo for the loss of our home, the stress and inconvieience this has caused, would the FOS deal with this or wo else would.

I would try the FOS here or ask advice from the Citizens advice who may put you in touch with a solicitor. You need a free one though and not one that would take half your winnings.
