Hi Di hope you are ok. we are not seeing the house until tomorrow now and we will be signing tenancy for it then hopefully to start Monday. Good news from wendy do you think everyone will agree to start this petition on the number 10 website like Wendy mentioned?;)

    Hi dialysis

    How are you hunni?;)

So it's tomorrow now then? Good luck with this dialysis, remember we are all with you every step of the way.:A

That was very nice of MSE Wendy wasn't it?

We shall have to try to move on with this then, I think the first step would be for us not to contact the petitions department by email and ask for permission on this with details.
Hopefully as well Marshallka, Max, Pinknico, Amersall and everyone else will be along soon maybe with some suggestions, so we can get moving this on for asap.;)XXXXXXXX

    Not a problem dialysis.;)

I have made sure - what the petition site recommends to make sure there are no others similar and before I request for this, I need to make sure on a few things first, so any input by anyone and tweaking help will be cool.

First of all we need a Subject line of up to 16 letters maximum.

And have to select a category for what it comes under, they do have a list but out of the 2 which do you folks think:

    ECONOMICS FINANCE
    OR
    PUBLIC ORDER, JUSTICE AND RIGHTS

    ?????

This is what I did think of but it only allows up to 1000 words max, so will be happy if you folks could help me tweak this, narrow it down and if anything missed please post up, cheers.

"Due to complaints such as Mis selling, this includes Payment Protection Insurance and many alike, there are currently high volumes of these complaints, but are taking time to get paid out. However due to this matter this have caused a huge amount of debt which have led to home repossessions.
This needs to be avoided and dealt with in a quicker manner-to avoid this from happening, unfortunately it's too late for many, they are left homeless and have to go through a number of procedures to be re-housed. Redress should be sought for the losses/stress and the inconvenience this have caused.
Quicker action is required to resolve these matters".
    ................................................................................................
I have never done my own petition before, so any help will be cool, cheers.:D;)

Di thats great:T am I right in reading it is only 16 letters for the subject line? OH and I think the category should be public order, justice and rights. Do you think we should put in a bout the single premium policies and the fact that they are now not sold but even when it has been proved by the FOS that the customer has been misold the companies responsible for this are still allowed to repossess homes

"Currently there is a high volume of complaints in regards to the mis selling of payment protection (PPI) These complaints are taking a long time to be resolved and it is taking even longer for upheld complaints to be paid out.
In some cases this is leading to debt and in worse cases repossessions.
To resolve this quicker action is needed and all activities stopped on accounts affected eg. charges, interest and threat of repossesion, until the complaint has been resolved."

Just a few ideas adapted from yours above Di. I have never done one either!!
