    Hi Dialysis.

That is a difficult one really. Perhaps talk to the council about your problem and hopefully they will be understanding. Hope OH is OK and fingers crossed for the tests. Since you are claiming incapacity benefit can you get I think it is called the social fund though I am not sure. Were they help you out with a loan etc. Sorry am not up on all this but know people have claimed before. Hope it all gets sorted for you.x

I took out Prue and Mel on a lead once and Prue just sat down until I took it back off and Mel ran into a bush so it looked like I had a bush on a lead. :rotfl: I was just standing there next to this bush for about half an hour until she decided to come out.....:o

hi there, omg what a dilemma, i would phone council and see about the rent, how much notice have you got to give to terminate tenancy? as i would hedge my bets and go for it, if your claim comes through and you can stop repo then in my opinion you wont lose out either way, sorry i could not be of more help but maybe some one on here will maybe give you more info.
Hi Amersall it is a dilemma isnt it I think we would have to give a months notice so we will go for it and see what happens with compo thank you for your advice and help:T

hi showergirl hows you? i am like you doing extra shifts to cover etc, so i know how you feel now you dont have to do extra. enjoy the extra time off you have got x
    Hi Amersall,

Will be so glad to be back to working 5 days. I have been doing these extra shifts for so long now it is beginning to wear me out.

Also I will be able to give more time to helping my friend with her ppi claim against A&L, which seems to be getting nowhere at the moment

Dialysis hope you hear something soon

    Hi everyone,
Dialysis, I hope all works out for you and your family too.
I hope you 2 are not working too hard. Glad Di is feeling better.
I am debating whether or not to peg out, the sun is shining at the moment but those showers move quicker than I do. My 2 yr old grandson is asleep so peace and quiet reign supreme, at least for now.

  • Hello everyone,

My friends at Natwest have finally provided me with account information for the four lans over a four year period I took out with them.

Here is a breakdown of the info the have provided for one of the loans

    Account number ********
    Sort code : *****
Date loan opened: 26th Feb 2004
    Maturity date: 26th Feb 2009
    Original sum borrowed: 13,050
Personal Loan insurance Protector Premium: 3,697:00
    Total charge for credit, 6045.20
    Total amount repayable : 23,152.20
    monthly repayment amount : 385.87
    Term 60 months:
    interest rate 14.4%

All the loans had PPI, I personally think it was a big rip -off to put it mildly!!

I am contacting yourselves in order to find out what I shold do next. Sned the first letter template is that correct?

    Many thanks

    Antony
