    Hiya Dialysis.;)

Just a thought, but if you have a good MP, ask if they can help and contact the council, to ask if they are able to give a later date for you.
Or maybe contact the council housing department to explain your situation, to see if they are able to do this for you, tell them you just need a little longer to prepare and to get the money together for this.
    Good luck hunni XXXXXXXX
Thanks Di we are going to look at the house on Thursday so I will ask her if we can move in week after hopefully they will be ok with that. Hope you are feeling better;):D

Hi all we have heard today that our council house will be ready on thursday this week and our tenancy will begin on Monday 20th july. Oh poo!!! What do we do!!! Firstly OH doesnt get paid till the 27th july I dont get my incapacity benefit till the 24th so we wont have rent money till then. Does anyone know wether we can ask to start our tenancy the week later? Secondly we are still waiting for Deloittes to let us know about our compo Do we sign this tenancy agreement or wait, dont know what to do Any advice would be really rally welcome Thanks Dialysis:confused:
hi there, omg what a dilemma, i would phone council and see about the rent, how much notice have you got to give to terminate tenancy? as i would hedge my bets and go for it, if your claim comes through and you can stop repo then in my opinion you wont lose out either way, sorry i could not be of more help but maybe some one on here will maybe give you more info.

I took out Prue and Mel on a lead once and Prue just sat down until I took it back off and Mel ran into a bush so it looked like I had a bush on a lead. :rotfl: I was just standing there next to this bush for about half an hour until she decided to come out.....:o
