Hi Di Can we include the following in our petition, am I right in thinking that these single premium PPIs are now not legal or allowed? If so then can we petition against these companies being allowed to repossess homes when it has been proven by the FOS or the FSCS that they missold PPIs to consumers? and do we do this pettion to the government or who else Hope you understand what I mean and I am not waffling lol

    Hi dialysis.;)

I believe your right dialysis, we do need to add as much as we can but to keep it narrowed down.
An idea came to my head as well about a subject, I know you have suggested a good one as well, but something like:

"Stop repossessions due to debt caused by mis selling"

Then put an explanation in, in the smallest terms, or list them:

Due to mis selling of such policies such as Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) or any other related policies, this can lead to debt.
    Because:
There are high volumes of these complaints, that are being dealt with by both the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), also the Financial Service Compensation Scheme..........................

    and so on???

Your not waffling on hun lol.:D, your doing real good.;)

And sometimes if its too late then make the companies pay out hefty compensations due to this. Your case needs highlighting.

The government and the FSA perhaps?

Yes I agree Marshallka, I think after what dialysis has been through should be compensated big time as well.;)

It could have all been avoided if they dealt with these matters quicker, for the ones in these situations.

I have not heard from MSE Wendy yet, hopefully she will post back soon about this.
