you guys talking about dorset... i'm thinking on coming down for a week in summer and spending time with Sally and Bea. Maybe we can do a mini meet, and have a picnic as oppose to meeting in a pub!!

Sall y - how was run club?

mine was goo, only 3 miles but last 1.5 were around same block/street 3 times and 3 times up the dreaded 100 steps!! it actually wasn't as bad as i'd thought i still got 12min miles so happy!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

sounds good :D We could all go to Poole Park for a picnic or along the water's edge at Whitecliff, I could bring Charlie and Erin and Bea could either feed the ducks or have a paddle if the tide is in. The beach gets horrifically busy in the summer so it's not really worth trying to get on it at any time after 9.30 , but there is a large grassed area at Whitecliff which is lovely to sit on

Run was ok tonight although my knees are painful so have decided to go back to ibuprofen everyday, lots of stretches and leg elevation after running. Just have to get through FLM then the miles will drop and hopefully get some resting time.

I really hope you can come down in the summer...there are so many lovely places to visit and Picnic...yes please!

no - the ****** overflow is gushing out again.

Why can't anything go right just for once. I seem to spend my life running around like a headless chicken looking after other folks and all I get is ****.
