awwww bookie i know it seems like a load of old crapola just now but please don't despair!
whatever the problem is, it is some kinda wierd non routine problem that these blokes cannot get fixed/identify.....
you need to call again and ask them to send a suitably trained senior person out to at least identify this...it must be doing your head in......

Sally - i'm gonna make this holiday happen, flights are so cheapo that i'd be mad not to... we'll find a local hotel/B&B and do our own thing too, but it would be ace to spend some time with you as well.... I'm thinking last week or second last week of July.... when are your hols? so i know you're not away at that time....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

My hols are May hun and then I am having a week off in August. Think schools break up here 17th July. Will have a scoot around for B&B/Hotels now.
