    No thats why exercise on not enough food is bad :D

    Well maybe you should it after then you wont get a stitch??

    But I dont know - I stuff my face usually - but I didnt have dinner last night so my body hasnt caught up (well pre doughnut it hadnt anyway ;))

    Blimey...this thread is unbelievable....I remember watching hillsborough unfold on tv...along with heysell stadium...and we do not buy the sun in our house...

    Then dunblane and that other one where the man walked down the street and shot people...

    Worst one for me was actually watching a plane crash into the twin towers and thinking I am supposed to be going there tomorrow and then actually realising what was happening...

    then Becky inhaling a donut on the way home........

    I cant eat pre run - but you should eat about 3 hours before - I always get up at 6am on saturdays to eat before my 9am race for example :D
