I can't comment on the email/ticket system very recently, but in terms of payments Fatcheese & Thincheese are bang up to date. Last week I received payment within a couple of days & today I requested a payment this a.m. & it's already gone into my bank!

There were occasions a few months back when I thought both Fatcheese and another site hadnt replied to my ticket - turned out on both occasions I had accidentally clicked close ticket after submitting it which meant that neither site actually saw the ticket - I wonder if anyone else has done the same thing. :think:

I requested a cashout at 9am today, it was received in my paypal account at 10.31am!

I doubt there is any business in any sector that has customer service as good as that.

But there is the £5 admin fee on Fatcheese which most others have done away with now, and with so few daily clicks I think FC should drop it too.
