I asked on Live Help this morning which is online as I type, FC couldnt understand why emails were bouncing back as they say they clear them everyday, they said they had issues with its ticketing system which they believe are now resolved. FC are asking people to reply their ticket replies so that FC can see that the problems have been sorted.

They suggested that both you and anyone else still with issues uses support@fatcheese.co.uk which has been tested to both receive and reply to emails or Live Help which was working this morning.
Thanks - I've just emailed FC about some outstanding claims.
• e-mailed on 2 Nov and no answer as yet or replies to tickets. Nothing moved to payable for months despite almost every transaction showing as awarded. I have a very Zee feeling about this.

When transactions go to awarded they automatically become available to withdraw subject to minimum 1.00+ and subject to first 5.00 taken each year for yearly fee

e.g

30 Sep 2011 Best Price By Far Awarded £0.02 ~Jan 23 Oct

Available to withdraw:£1.10

Note B.P.S.F was awarded after 23 days unlike a certain other cashback site forum which makes its shareholders;) wait until the anticipated awarded date before it goes payable

Had, available to withdraw not been 1.00 + then their wouldnt be anything that appeared to be payable

No consolation to you, TCB exactly the same re claims as all the cashback sites use the same merchants/networks judging by TCB follow on thread comments, they also prefer members not to chase claims ( amending claims is different) and dont reply to nudges

PicExportError Please be patient as your claim may take some time to reach a resolution.
PicExportError
PicExportErrorFeel free to 'send us a nudge', but please note that we don't normally reply to nudges, but we DO however use them to help to determine where to focus our efforts.
PicExportError
PicExportErrorIf you wish to amend your claim then please post a message.
PicExportError
PicExportErrorPlease note that ANY messages posted may delay processing of your claim, as the claim will be put on hold until the message has been read and processed (but note that nudges will never hold up your claim).
• Whilst I can understand that monies can be slow to trickle through I have not had the case on any other cashback site where nothing is moving to "available to withdraw" for month after month. Even more worrying is that in the past I usually had a reply to my queries, lately there is nothing, nada, zilch communication.

Have you been doing anything other than 2p clicks on F.C which have been numbering approx 5p a day, 2p of which you can see was awarded 23 days after the click was done.

Fatcheese proclaim "Fatcheese promises to pay you cashback when you complete your purchase with any merchant who has the Fatcheese Cashback Guarantee Seal.", but I have purchases from "Guarantee Seal" vendors from over 8 months ago that are not being paid; my claim tickets are being ignored and their "live help" is never online.

I've had cashback from Quidco and Top Cashback for those same vendors for more recent transactions, so the problem must be with Fatcheese and their "promise" appears to be an empty one.

I cannot recommend Fatcheese anymore.

I have a bad feeling about what has happended to a good company.
It's now showing as, at companies house.

I have had 5+ tickets pending from July/Aug/June/Sep and no reply. Live Help Does not work and the gurantee is not being honered.

I believe they used the legal name Kamzam Ltd. I'm not quite sure what role Fatcheese Ltd played.

Anyone know what the deal is with Fatcheese these days?

I never did get replies to any of my tickets or emails so I gave up with that. But I've still being doing the daily clicks anyway, especially as a new click got added a couple of months ago.

However! Although the clicks are tracking ok, everything is still pending, nothing has been credited to my account for well over six months, and I haven't had a payout in a year. Is this site well and truly dead now?
