No one? I opened another ticket asking about the lack of payments and shockingly haven't had a reply... when was the last time anyone on here made a successful withdrawal? I also noticed that their live chat which is apparently on "the bottom of every page" isn't actually there anymore...

I have no more idea than anyone else does as to exactly what's going on, but I can say that I had a couple of confirmations earlier this month (for free sign up offers, not daily clicks), & a subsequent BACS payment was made by fatcheese just a couple of days after I requested it.

I just had a look at Getpoundsback statements to compare when they last confirmed some daily clicks (comparing GPB as they're very reliable for assigning clicks exactly as & when they are paid by the networks, as FC always did). GPB obviously have been paid for our Randomwebsite clicks up to January, and BestPriceByFar to February, so it's surprising Fatcheese appears not have been paid for any of those since before Christmas!

My daily clicks stopped tracking on 17th March. No response to ticket/reminders.

I withdrew £5.37 on 19th April, but it's just showing as "Pending".

How long should it take to reach my bank?

Their payments used to go in within 24 hours for me. Even when I made a payment request on a Sunday I got it in my bank the same day. I still don't know how Fatcheese managed that! I used to think they were brilliant because of stuff like that. I don't know why they've gone from being the best with fast payments and friendly staff to being a complete wasteland. It's only because they were so good that I'm still persevering, I think. I'm probably wasting my time but I still do the clicks as part of my routine... I just wish someone would answer my tickets or emails to say "yes, we're having problems and no, we won't be paying anyone". That way we know for sure and can put it to bed.

Also I forgot to mention, the clicks stopped tracking on March 17th for me too. It really doesn't look good. It probably is time to let this one die now,

    OK, thanks for the info.

I think you're right. I'm not going to be doing any more daily clicks.

I notice that Fatcheese contact details are KAMZAM Ltd.
A director, MISS MAYA KAMOURIEH was eCommerce Manager with Rpoints , before it went bust...

If you Google... director/913586710 [sorry, can't post the link] you can see that Kamzam Ltd is still active, but Fatcheese Ltd is dissolved.

It seems to me that they keep the site running, just to get more cash in from advertisers before winding it up.

Don't read anything into the rpoints connection, it's common knowledge that both Maya and 'T' (the guy, can't remember his real name) used to be Rpoints employees, and both left ages before the liquidation to set up their own businesses.

Fatcheese Ltd (registered in England & Wales) has never traded. As it has never traded, there are no accounts filed at Companies Hosue.

The Fatcheese website has always been operated by Kamzam Ltd. You'll see the contact page refers to them as Kamzam.

In Ireland, there is a separate company called Fatcheese Ltd (registered in Dublin).

T's real name is Ahmed Taman Zaman.

Their Irish site has a Facebook page that was last updated in January. Maybe people could send messages through there and see if anyone replies?

They've finally confirmed a chunk of transactions, & updated some (but not all).
(Thanks go to Tony for pointing it out: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/52904877#Comment_52904877)
