If any fatcheese users are considering trying the Efax 30 day free trial for £8 I wouldn't recommend it. Seemed to be going well until I realised that in order to cancel you have to phone up (and I'm hard of hearing). Sent 6 emails explaining this which were either ignored or had a generic answer telling me to call up.

Ended up getting my sister to call as me, and she said she got given the hard sell from them and they were very unwilling to close the account.

and they're still pretending to exist and ripping people off.

These sites need to be regulated

I just checked on Companies House and it appears they are still filing accounts for Kamzam Ltd. Last document was submitted in December 2014.

The companies themselves don't tend to work with cashback companies, they use affiliate marketing through companies like Affiliate Window & Commission Junction, so emailing a company's customer services they would look blankly at the screen (only possibly the marketing team who deal with website affiliate marketing perhaps will have a clue)

So glad I didn't sign up to this fatcheese rubbish when I first read about them on here and stuck with others

Havent logged in to my fatcheese account in 3 years. Indeed had forgotten about it after this time.

Managed to log in and I have ...

    Total Cashback: £270.76
    Total Pending Cashback: £0.38
    Total Awarded Cashback: £270.38
    Available to withdraw: £0.00

So after 3 years I still have some peanuts pending.

I still have 19p pending on thincheese as well.
