  • Ta for the reply. Mentioned it to him this morning and he says they are not online in the evening when he tries.

I dont know FatCheese as I only really use Quidco but if they dont reply to their ticket system which seems to be the way to communicate with them then whats the point of employing that system?

Found this posted from a MSE member of 4+ years standing. I hope both yourself and others get same service and outcomes from Quidco. :)

once they have verified that your clicks are valid it will go to redeemable and then once you have withdrew it, it will show in awarded.
It can take anything from a month to a few months to be redeemable, its just a case of being patient I'm afraid.

Thanks very much for that :) I'll continue to keep using the site over the next few months then

Anyone had issues with getting tickets looked at or an alternative email address?

Mate has sent four tickets and had no replies after a failed Paypal payment and confidence in them is low.

    Cheers

I have used both the ticket system and the live help chat (on several occasions - sorry Maya & T... just like to chat lol!!!) and have always got prompt responses.

I have to say the customer service levels have long been one of the best around. Maybe post a thread on the forum if unable to get a response as they do post on there too.

Fatcheese is one year old today and they'll be putting up '1' birthday candles throughout the site, there are 15 on today and there are prizes for those who find the most .... I've found 6 today so probably not in the running but still I was quite excited to find those ones lol!!

Click on Buy Central box on right hand side of landing page

    view.asp?ref=514215&site=3941&b=4

Then click on a item listing on left hand side of next page and then click through from there to a merchant site via Buy It Now button. :)
