Ta for the reply. Mentioned it to him this morning and he says they are not online in the evening when he tries.
I dont know FatCheese as I only really use Quidco but if they dont reply to their ticket system which seems to be the way to communicate with them then whats the point of employing that system?0 -

Found this posted from a MSE member of 4+ years standing. I hope both yourself and others get same service and outcomes from Quidco.

once they have verified that your clicks are valid it will go to redeemable and then once you have withdrew it, it will show in awarded.
It can take anything from a month to a few months to be redeemable, its just a case of being patient I'm afraid.
Thanks very much for thatI'll continue to keep using the site over the next few months then

Mate has sent four tickets and had no replies after a failed Paypal payment and confidence in them is low.
Cheers
I have used both the ticket system and the live help chat (on several occasions - sorry Maya & T... just like to chat lol!!!) and have always got prompt responses.
I have to say the customer service levels have long been one of the best around. Maybe post a thread on the forum if unable to get a response as they do post on there too.Bit of a Florida Fan :j
