    Has anyone had any experience of cashback tracking at a lower rate than whats advertised? I've bought some contact lenses from Get Lenses and FC offer 10% cashback, the lenses costs me £72.95 so the cash back should be £7.30ish, but its only tracked at £3.84..... any ideas people?

    Would be best if you either put a query in or posted about it directly on FC Forum as that would give an opportunity for FC owners to answer. :)

    O/P might like to note that Orange Free Sim Card has been added @80p Cashback

    Although not an actual no spend viewers might like to note that Financial Times 5.00 Cashback can be gained via a 1.00 trial, best to inform FT after 1.00 has been paid by email that dont wish to continue with trial as well as cancelling DD with Bank, is handy 4.00 profit balance builder and/or effectively 4.00 off annual fee. :)

  • Anyone had issues with getting tickets looked at or an alternative email address?

    Mate has sent four tickets and had no replies after a failed Paypal payment and confidence in them is low.

    Cheers

    Can I ask if someone could help me out a bit understanding this...in my account it says ;

    Total savings: £10.60
    Awarded: £0.00
    Pending: £10.60
    Redeemable: £0.00

    And I've been a member for a month, maybe two. What does this mean? Does it mean that I've earned £10.60, and I will receive most of this (after the £5.00 fee is taken off) but its still pending, ie the sites have to prove I've actually clicked them or whatever...how long does this take, a month or two? So I will get the money, eventually, I should just keep earning while I wait for them to be no longer pending in a few months time?
    Am I on the right track here?

    once they have verified that your clicks are valid it will go to redeemable and then once you have withdrew it, it will show in awarded.
    It can take anything from a month to a few months to be redeemable, its just a case of being patient I'm afraid.
