i'm afraid fatcheese is not what it used to be.

tcb is the way to go.

This message is on the fatcheese homepage:
Please note: We are currently resolving an error with our ticketing system. This should be resolved shortly with a new system being launched. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

It does seem like their ticket/email system has been having 'errors' for months!
  • I think I'm being thick because I have no idea what railtrack means?!

not being thick just too young to know. (enjoy being young while it lasts :rotfl:)

railtrack was a listed company on london stock market. many average people like me and u had shares in them.

the company was basically sold off many say at a much reduced price than it should have been. finally after long wrangling a share price of £2.50 per share was paid. the average of last three years was £9.

alot of people lost alot of money. first the yearly dividend was good for keeping things ticking. second the final sale price per share was alot less than it should have been.

  • Ahh ok I get you now... but I still have no idea what the iMutual shares do! tongue.gif Are they actually worth money? .

the shares are an incentive to get you to do clicks that earn money for free and this goes to the company. their latest daily click is kelkoo which on tcb is £0.01 per day. iM give 2 shares worth £0.00001 each :rotfl: but no money.

assuming they are paid by kelkoo the £0.01 then over the year they will have made a few quid from you whilst advertising "no yearly sign up fee".

@ £0.00001 per share u will need a few trillion not hundred/thousand. what do u think? will u be millionaire?

  • the plot thickens. two people are reporting that the new daily click that members get no money for is tracking at 10p. that means 365 X £0.10 = £36.50. on next page admin are saying it just a mistake but not something dodgy happening here. i can feel it.

Not a clue unfortunately. I don't have a good feeling about it. There haven't been any payments made for ages either. I tried emailing that admin address again and my emails are bouncing back now so it looks like their inbox is full. Is it just me or does it look like the owners have done a runner?

I believe that it is worth pointing out to those who view this thread that the earlier posts about I -Mutual shares relate to a completely different Cashback Site

Does anyone have a different email address, or a phone number, that will actually get a reply?

I asked on Live Help this morning which is online as I type, FC couldnt understand why emails were bouncing back as they say they clear them everyday, they said they had issues with its ticketing system which they believe are now resolved. FC are asking people to reply their ticket replies so that FC can see that the problems have been sorted.

They suggested that both you and anyone else still with issues uses support@fatcheese.co.uk which has been tested to both receive and reply to emails or Live Help which was working this morning.
