  • A good Irish name I should think - sounds perfect for what looks like a cat who is going to be a bit of a rascal :rotfl:

The Finn Brothers were in Crowded House. To me that is a good sign. Yay for Wordsmith.

Wordsmith..what did I say about the Cat Woman? Ring her and say that you have a kitty cat that needs rehoming.

You would have laughed at me this morning - I woke up with the bandage around my ankle so I pulled it up and it slid down again. I remembered that I still had my first aid kit from work (one of things that I never handed back because I wasn't asked for it) so I looked in there to see what bandages I had got. Seems I had loads and picked out a small bandage with enormous pad on it which is now tied around my leg. The bandage was past its sterile date but I figure that as it is wrapped then it only becomes unsterile when it is removed from the wrapper. I even wore a short skirt today too because I am sick of wearing long skirts and cropped trousers that hide it...I got some ribald comments about it too.

Did meet a cute little White Westie today called Archie - his owner picked him up as soon as she saw my bandaged leg because she didnt want him to jump up and scratch which is something he is prone to do. Later on he was scampering about and came and sniffed my good leg and totally ignored the bandaged one..he didnt jump up once:cool: He really was adorable but I cannot have pets and it wouldnt be fair to have a dog and leave it on its own all day.
