Wednesday night (27th) A mini bottle of Nivea moisturiser that I got when doing the race for life 2 years ago all used up - why didn't I just use it at the time
Then this morning mini Origins tonic used up, I got sucked into buying some Origins things when they opened a counter in our new Boots last summer - like the face mask I got but hate the facial minis I got free so glad this has gone.
Also finished the mini No7 moisturiser I got in a GWP a while back, funny shaped pot but scraped the remainder into an empty soap and glory pot with a cotton bud - sad but I got another week's moisturiser out of a pot I'd of otherwise thrown away
So (apart from a little bit of Origins facial moisturiser I'm using at night) I've used all my stash of facial moisturiser, half open pots, sachets etc etc :T:T and have got back out the 2 big pots of No7 I got around Christmas time in a set and started using despite all the other bits  feels much better now knowing I can use them without all these other bits and pieces hanging around.:A

Ooops! A 2 for 1 Cosmo and Zest just jumped into my trolley  So two misses in 45(?) days. Well I'm going to thoroughly enjoy them.
I also managed to finish off a bottle of shower gel so can start on my stash finally.0 -
Took back 5 things I'd bought in Boots with skincare vouchers before this challenge, and realised I didn't really need/don't normally use - had paid nearly £2 for each one and luckily still had receipts - so £9.20 onto gift card and 5 products gone :TInitial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000

Forgive me peeps - I have sinned! So close to the halfway point and I bought chocolate AND handwash!
In my defense the handwash was a M & S £1 bargain! More worringly I was paying for the petrol and going back to the car before I realised that there was chocolate in my hand (by that I clearly meant that I had paid for the chocolate you understand - just didn't give an awful lot of thought to the purchase).
Note to self - make this the only slip in the 100 days.
Keep going everyone.

Haven't watched much of QVC this week and when I have popped it on I have switched it off after a few short mins. The presenters are annoying me now. My thinking is changing at long last
Hopefully a few more things will be used up over the next few weeks with nothing more to add to the stocks if I remain strongfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
End of half term week, back to work on Monday, but I am finding it so much easier to sort out lunches. Got the habit, and feeling virtuous about it!!!
I know what you mean about the QVC presenters - I was a bit of an addict, viewing wise if not purchasing wise, but a lot of them now are wearing a bit thin. I am not doing the no spend on smellies/cosmetics this time around, but have not felt in the least bit tempted. Still using up stock, although my reserves pale into insignificance next to those of some people on this thread!!!0 -
Have just checked back when I started and am actually on day 45, with 5 blips, so 40 out of 45 for me! Still not bought any toiletries or magazines and doing well on the clothes. Think I only need one holiday thing tho so will be another blip coming up for me!
Well done everyone x0 -

Love this post Magni, it did make me smile.... my stash doesn't seem to be going down very fast at the minute either, although I'm sure I have saved a fortune by not buying anymore stuff! With the eBaying, I searched for what I had and watched it to see how much it went for, then decided whether it was worth selling or not.... if you've got some decent stuff, you can usually get a pretty good price for them
Just got back from staying at a friends house last night, and I think I ought to suggest this challenge to them.... in the downstairs loo this morning I spotted 5 boxes of tissues, 4 handwashes, 3 packets of toilet roll, 4 bottles of toilet bleach and two packets of flushable wipes... good ness knows what was upstairs!
I think I've lost track of the days...we did start on the 13th didn't we?
