BB why don't you invest in an ice lolly maker from lidl if you have one near you? 99p for the molds + cost of juice. Or a tub of ice cream and some cones/wafers - cheaper than a couple of ice creams/ or ice lollies from the shops and last far longer... That way you don't feel hard done by in the nice weather but can keep costs a bit lower...

    Feel better soon BB.

Dont forget Mexican Overdrive ( as my Californian rellies call it) i.e freewheel the car as much as possible......its NOT dangerous as long as you remain alert as to what you are doing. xx

ooh, not sure what you mean? Freewheeling the car?? Do you mean driving without feet on the pedals? I have an automatic and find that often I can drive along for quite a distance without my foot on the accelerator and still not lose speed!

EDIT: just googled it - pop it into neutral on a descent........I guess you then just stick into drive again on the flat?

Just as long as OH doesn't want much taxi-ing around, but as the footy season is now over, I think that will be kept to a minimum.

Or you could try freeloading the car. That's when you get your OH to drive you places and don't offer them any petrol money.

Your OH should be able to pass on his expertise in that area.

Picked up a 1 telephone call mystery shop to do at some point this afternoon with a payment of £8 plus 50p for the call. For the time it takes, I'd do many more if I could!

Did 2 hours invigilating straight after work today, all helps.

Did my daily scratch card, another 10p

Think today should be a NSD, number 2 of the month.

Need to get started on AQA but everything else seems to get in the way.

Withdrawn from the mystery shop after seeing the brief. I was very uncomfortable with the question I had to ask - it was finance related and I didn't want to make waves for myself.

What sort of question was it?

Time to get cracking on with AQA?

I had to phone my bank and say I was worried about my finances.......and see what they did/said!!

Need to finish off my presentation for my interview first. Got about 4 slides to finish.
