I was born at 8.10am - do you know what time you were born at? We could be less than 24 hours different!
Fraid not sweetie - 8.50pm, which I use to full effect on my birthday, saying all day that I'm still the previous age until 8.50pm & I also blame the time of my birth on my inability to do mornings :rotfl::rotfl:Don't Take Life too Seriously - Nobody gets out alive :rotfl:0 -

Need to finish off my presentation for my interview first. Got about 4 slides to finish.
Me...'Hello, this is Pepe, I'm worried about my Finances'
Bank... 'WE are worried about your Finances too!
or
Bank...'Ha ha ha ha ha...thats a good one!'
Do I get my £8.50 now?
Get well soon BB. xx:D stay wonky

feel a bit better at the moment (although much sniffing going on), but felt sooooo rough first thing
Closed my eyes for a second in a meeting and had to almost glue them open to stop me falling asleep!!
Decided to start comping about a week ago and have had my first win - a Clinique beauty set.
Hmm.........just checked my current account. I tried to pay the Flybe CC where I did 1 purchase (contact lenses) to qualify for the free flights and the payment has been sent back by Flybe!!
Right - guess I need to phone them!"Stay Wonky":D

that's that sorted. Apparently the sort code and the account number Fly Be have on their payment slips aren't the same details used for online banking payments - think they need to tell people that! The guy knew straight away what it would be.
Payment was due Monday so paid it by debit card to avoid charges and have changed the online banking details."Stay Wonky":D

Been at work for a couple of hours teaching this morning.
Got the application form for the school in bournemouth looking for a 'Catering Instructor' and the JD is brief to say the least. No salary, no person spec. The advert says that a teaching qual. isn't necessary which is odd. Perhaps it has a slightly different status - it is classed as a 'college' which I think is a fancy name for a secondary school. It has a very arts and media focus to it as a place to go and that may be even better for me as I have a drama degree and 15 years experience working in the media in PR, so a couple of other subjects I could teach!
Need to start on AQA, my cold is still making my head woolly and after teaching this morning I'm feeling a bit drained.
I don't even have any chocolate either "Stay Wonky":D

If it has some of the words "city" "community" "arts" "technology" or "college" in it, then it's probably a school - so for example "Deerness Valley Comprehensive School" is now "Durham Community Business College For Technology & Enterprise".
You're in PR - you should know how much difference that really makes..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)
"We were born and raised in a summer haze." Adele 'Someone like you.'
"Blowing your mind, 'cause you know what you'll find, when you're looking for things in the sky." OMD 'Julia's Song'0 -
it makes booger all difference
It's probably had a reputation for being a failing school in the past and has been re-branded.

that's a good idea Buffy
To be honest the clinique stuff will probably get chucked in my toiletries box, I'm not into creams and potions, but apparently the prize is worth £30!!! If it comes in a gift box of some kind I might keep it as a christmas present for one of my sisters.
Done my double daily scratch card. Crawling towards £10
Still full of cold. Did a bit of AQA yesterday but no loads.
I feel the need for a day of sorting odds and ends and this is my list at the moment:
[strike]Finish application form for cookery teacher[/strike]
[strike]Do tax return[/strike]
[strike]Do musicmapgie entries (last time didn't seem to work)[/strike]
[strike]Inject ink into cartridge to try to get black ink out rather than brown![/strike] (think the colour is now 'gunge')
[strike]Read Every Child Matters (for interview)[/strike]
[strike]Get ingredients for class tomorrow[/strike]
Do some CTLLS (teacher training) studying
Start to sort teaching folder (observation week tomorrow)
[strike]Go through presentation for interview[/strike]
[strike]Go through presentation I am giving at corporate induction tomorrow[/strike]
Do some AQA
Normal stuff - [strike]washing up, put washing out, take Charlie, drop him home (ex is back later), [/strike]do dinner.
Blow nose, stop sniffing "Stay Wonky":D
