it certainly is hypno! The black cartridge has had it and hasn't printed for ages so I've been changing any black typing to dark blue and printing - it comes out brown because I've just been shoving any colour in the nozzley things to get it to print.

I need to type a page for the cookery teacher application but if it comes out a weird colour, I'll send it to work and print there ;)

re-done music magpie and this time got a confirmation that they are sending me the freepost label. £28.31 worth of CD's going off to them.

That's a good amount from musicmagpie :T Must check it out myself - I put everything on i-tunes but never got any further. The cds are all in a box in the conservatory waiting for me to get my act together!

  • BB list is getting shorter :j With your printer I know you may have done this but have you cleaned the printer heads (in teh settings on your printer software on your pc)?

Music magpie didnt give me much £5 for 3 dvd's and 9cd's. Some of the dvd's I wasnt perpared to part with for 50p so didnt do it. Go for it though hypno you have nothing to lose and you may get some well earned £'s. Only takes seconds too :D

    Hi Pap

Yep - cleaned the heads. Also cleaned them with flushing fluid but no joy, I think the cartridge has just had it really. I bought ink, needles and flushing fluid a few years back on ebay and it's saved me a fortune.

I've emailed the application documents to work to print off ;)

took Charlie home. Ex isn't back yet but it wasn't safe to leave him there. The decorators have abandoned their work for the weekend and the house is upside down with stuff everywhere. I've left my ex a note saying to call me 'if he can find the phone'. I'll keep Charlie here with me for another night.

Got my ingredients for class tomorrow and bought a few other bits. My Solo card said 'wrong pin number' twice even though I know it was the right one  I had a new card recently to use from a couple of months time but I don't think I get a new pin number. I was going to use the £22 quidco money in that account but I had to use my current account. At least i'll get £12 of it back tomorrow from petty cash at work.

Bought a hair dye (no, I won't be claiming the cost of that back!) and am going to do it myself on Tuesday afternoon. Fingers crossed it looks ok. i'll pin the top of my hair up and possibly trim the front for the interview.

Spent money on a reduced sandwich, I never normally buy supermarket sandwiches - how un-MSE is that - it wasn't even nice but I was really hungry

I sent off my WTC declaration for the year a week or so ago and it seems they have made some changes.

Last year I got £99 per month and on their presumed income for 09/10 they reduced it to £81. I earned almost the same last year as the year before and today I have had 2 payments - one of £46.33 and one of £78.11, so £124.44, a nice bit extra this month :T I have no idea what that means for the months ahead but I guess I'll get a letter soon.

Because the chip and pin machine said my pin was wrong yesterday and Iused my current account, that is going to leave me very slightly short for the month. I have £778.32 left and I have £771 mortgage to go out on the 12th, £17.75 pet insurance, £12.77 house insurance as well as 2x CC minimum payments of £25.........hmm.........something has gone a bit awry anyway then as even with the money I spent yesterday, that's still more outgoings that I have had incoming.........I'll have to borrow some money from my abbey savings and then move it back again at the end of the month

Oh..........and remember the job I went for? The one I was 'encouraged' to apply for and never even got a look in? I met the person who got the job today.........the same person who left the post 2 months previously but decided their new job didn't work out for them.......:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

well, my MSE style-ee preparation for my interview has gone ok so far in so much that I've chopped my fringe myself and dyed it. There were some scary moments though as the dye in the bottle was extremely lilac

Definitely going to have to borrow some money (£100 Ithink ) from my savings, so bit of a cock up there
