been offered 4 hours teaching in July, just 2x 2 hour sessions. At the moment, numbers aren't viable.......I may be looking for a rent a mob in a couple of weeks from you lot ;)

Right, gotta get changed and go to my teacher training class. The unit is 30 hours of equality and diversity (10 sessions at 3 hours).......30 hours...........sob.....

Good luck with that. That's where they decide that everyone is different, and to prove it, they stick people into little boxes and show how they're all the same.

Just some are more the same than others...

jinks?? hhhm...possibly think I know what you mean...I think!!

hey ho, off to work. Work last night was hard. 26C in the kitchen before we even started, I was double pooped when I got in.

Had my first NSD yesterday - 24 to go!

Bank account looks a bit healthier than yesterday - the share profit has arrived and the money I used for the bet plus the profit is now in there and I'm back up to £461. AQA money goes in on Thursday and then WTC around the 14th or so. It's going to be tight all month, I hope everything goes in before the mortgage goes out.

Just caught up - exciting news on the other interview - go for it! :T As for the one last week, if they're that disorganised with interviewing you're probably better off not working for them! Sounds like it wasn't right for you anyway.

Good luck with the tight month money-wise... know the feeling!

well, the petrol warning light came on, so I decided to use the whole month's petrol budget all in one go and put £30 worth in. It hurt spending that much money in one go on petrol but I know it's not sensible to be running so low all the sludge/rubbish etc in the bottom of the tank can start getting pulled through and affect the car.

I've just worked out that work plus taking charlie each day is around 150 miles. My £30 should do that plus about another 10 miles, so fingers crossed, I should be ok. Just as long as OH doesn't want much taxi-ing around, but as the footy season is now over, I think that will be kept to a minimum.

Also spent just under £3 on lollies in the petrol station  so that's a failure of a NSD today!
