    hi all

Head back out of the sand after 24 hours of thinking I don't have debt, I don't have 4 jobs, I don't have any money...........

ok.....sigh, let's get back to it.

10p on daily scratchcard (almost at £6)

£23 marked as received with Quidco to come to me the first few days in June, so the first 2 weeks of petrol definitely covered. There's about another £30 stuck in the quidco system, so if a bit of that came through as well, that would cover me for petrol for the month.

Just about to book a delivery slot and do the shopping for the end of the month with OH's contribution.

OH has bought me a wii and a wii fit for my birthday. I had dropped a few very unsubtle hints (but not expecting him to act on them because of the price!), he admitted he hadn't bought me anything, so did I want one (actually he said 'if I buy you one, would you use it?') and I felt it was too expensive but as he wasn't bothered about thinking what else I may want, I've got one being delivered to my local Tesco on Friday evening. I am very excited but still think it's a huge amount of money and I would have been just as happy with a load of shower gels or a posh box of choccies.

Told my head of department I want a full time job out of the merger. Glad I did because she was ready to slot me into a 18.5 hour job she had asked me to write the job description for, so she knows know I want full time hours, at the office I'm located at, and I've told her the exact post I want. It's a new post so there is nobody to naturally fill it. She said 'how about' 2 half time posts' and I said that would be fine also. I didn't say it would depend on the salary but I'll deal with that should the need arise.

So, I've laid out the plans for what I want at work and I need to hope it all picks up speed again before someone else offers me something. She also has another post which is going to be advertised, a 2 year project post, but I'm not sure where it will be based. I'll see when she puts it out if I think I'd suit it.

Interviews for the job that could have possibly connection to Cruella are on the 27th so I guess if I don't hear tomorrow or Friday, it's a no-go.

Need to start AQA'ing for the day, very tired. Didn't do any yesterday, so it's starting to get  that I won't have enough to cover the bills.

Also haad my P60 so I can do my formal WTC submission. Don't think i'll get it adjusted much - they estimated it about right but I'll get that filled in and sent off today.

    OMG - I'm getting a wii and a wii fit :D:T:j:D:T:j

Wow BB fab news about the wii - esp as you really wanted one. Also the possibility of more hours where you work now is looking promising. It will all come good soon I am sure. XX

I hope so Elli, I really hope so. the most immediate concern is getting through the rest of this month (I literally have no money now) and then next month - at the moment I will have £832 coming in throughout June (office salary+WTC+AQA). I definitely need to do another £350 to break even to ensure all the bills are paid as an absolute minimum. That's £31 every day on AQA until the end of the month....._pale_

So pleased OH is so thoughtless - a wii fit will be fab!

You sound like you are getting things sorted out at work too so hopefully there will be a higher paying fulltime job for you soon.

£31 a day on AQA though - yikes! nothing you could sell instead?

well, to be honest, the points will end up being used on shopping for us both, so I'm not really doing anything particularly naughty, but I might save them for Christmas to ease the budget then.
