I've skimmed the whole thread, just going to do baking for a bit now.
We are going to Ikea tomorrow. we are hopng to check out Trofast storage for the playroom, we will have to order online as we wont fit in the car with the kids in it too. Kids have been promised they can each have a toy if they are good. MIL has given us a 14 inch flatscreen TV so we are going to wall mount it inplayroom and build storage round it. If we can ever afford to we will get a bigger TV so wll leave space for it to grow! We are also thinking of getting a proper computer desk but MIL may have one of those too. I'd like a smaller sofa, the one we have isa bit too deep from the wall, but we cant afford that either really. So just the storage then. Must try and resist too many nick nacks!

Oh welcome back Mudbath, where did you go for your holiday ?

Sorry JillD, I realise it must be really stressful, but I have this lovely picture of this small determined person planning her next move

    Evening all

Had a great day with the inlaws.

Bit fed up as my hand is swollen with coldsores which sounds silly but hurts so much - link here if anybody is curious - http://www.visualdxhealth.com/adult/herpeticWhitlow.htm

Just going to make my bed and off to read for a bit.

Toots I hope your breathing is slightly easier tomorrow and that your car companion has had a shower

Hi Dustykitten,my son gets this condition on the inside of his calves, one on each side,no one believed me when I said you can get coldsores on your legs but it was his dermatology nurse who said what it was,he suffers from Excema but I knew this was something different,a bit of an oddity really.

    Evening,

I'm so pleased it's the master bedroom tomorrow:D Don't know if I told you but I did it all today:D:p (and so did piggers, which is why it's next I expect;))

Anyway apart from that I had a little potter in the garden. Planted potatoes and garlic. Also did some more peppers, cos they take so long to appear. Oh and DD planted 4 sunflower seeds. One for each of us.

Had a power cut tonight to for an hour. Which also went off again whilst I was in the bath. Not nice being in the bath in the black, dark. But as Mr Tag came to my rescue with a candle the power came back on again.

JillD _ I don't know about you but once the clocks have gone forward I become a totally different person. More sun and daylight equals a very happy Tag.

I meant to say to you earlier about the money thing. I'm feeding all 4 of us and the dog and putting fuel in the car, (£10 a week) plus buying Mr Tags baccy on £55 a week at the moment. All the rest of what we get goes on bills and the mortgage.
And the best bit is I get to go to work tomorrow in a car that has a thrust bearing which is on the way out. You've never heard a racket like it. So much so people turn to look and see what's coming 200 meters before you get to them.:rotfl:Can we afford to fix it? No:rolleyes: And I bet a pound to a penny that it's me that ends up stranded at 7.00 am in the pouring rain one morning:rolleyes::rotfl:

Right I'm going to hand the puter back to Mr Tag. Will catch you all tomorrow.

    Toots - Hugs

    Nite xx
