I've been to the gym and had breakfast. It's absolutely pouring here, so I think I might change my plans (I was going to go shopping in Winchester this afternoon, but I don't want to go if its raining).

Unfortunately I haven't lost any weight over the last two weeks :o... it must have been the lack of exercise and extra meals while I was with my parents, so I need to make more of an effort from now on. My running is improving - I did 4 minutes continuously, and then another minute before cooling down and going to do weights, so if I manage to get some time in the gym I should be able to increase this quite quickly.

I've got a pedicure booked for 11, so despite the fact that I feel like going back to bed there's no point! I'll go and do my boring shopping straight after that, so in the next hour I need to:

    Write up finance committee minutes
    Hang up yesterday's washing
    Load DW and WM
Find milton fluid (I think it's in the garage
Tidy up all the stuff I put in the utility room so I can bring the next lot in!

Thanks for all the replies on blinds, just wanted to make sure i wasnt going to waste my money! LO has really thin Disney curtains up just now which were fine in winter but when the light mornings come in she'll be up at stupid o'clock.

    Anyone up for a HHC 10.00 - 10.30?

In the process of my decluttering I have come across the instruction and recipe booklet for a kenwood chef dated from I would imaging the 1960s. If anuone would like it , just message me with your address. It is a little battered and brown with age

    Morning all

No washing today, luckily because it's really miserable.

I did all the bedrooms on Wednesday Toots so I hope that gives me my last star. I've vacuumed right through downstairs today.

I've just simmered some fruit etc for a fruit cake (Be-ro easy fruit cake recipe - http://www.be-ro.com/f_insp.htm). While that cools before I mix it up, I'll take the dog out. It's only raining a little at the moment. When I get back I'll put the oven on and mix it up and get it cooking.

Haven't caught up yet - back soon :)

Predictably, it started raining much harder while I was out......still, the dog seemed to enjoy it.

Oven heating up. Off to do some catching up.
