Yes got the exact same issue. A quick phonecall and it was sorted. They said some accounts had been opened at 0.2 but it was sorted within minutes and all interest backdated. Don't worry.
Just rang FD and they confirmed they had me on the wrong rate. All interest to be backdated, but will not appear on the account until my "usual interest date" of the 10th - so effectively have to wait until 10 June to see confirmation.
Also asked at the same time to backdate interest to date of receipt of funds, rather than when applied to the account, which they agreed to do.0 -
