Product Recall - Dentyl PH - Dentamint and Store Own Brand Mouthwash

I returned my 13 and a half bottles to waitrose and they gave me £3.99 for each bottle regardless of what was left in it. They were a bit astonished that I had so many so I just told them that I was stocking up for guests etc. No problems otherwise.
After reading kwaichi's post, I went to Waitrose (Enfield) just now and got £3.99 for each of the 3 bottles I returned.
I took along a printout of the recall notice from Waitrose's own website which helped.0 -
I wish they would sort it all out & release the 'safe' Dentyl, the stuff I am using atm is gross :shocked:I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0

i have also been ill and although it could be of a coincident I know they wouldn't recall these things unless there was a real risk. It started with a sore throat then turned into flu like symptoms with white spots at the back of the throat. I eventually lost my voice and had to have 3 days off work. My doctor couldn't explain it and thought it was just a viral infection. I still have a horse throat now and my doctor took a swab last week but I haven't heard anything yet. I just wonder whether it's worth pursuing with dentyl as it's going to be difficult to prove or just get a refund and forget about it.0
