I returned my 13 and a half bottles to waitrose and they gave me £3.99 for each bottle regardless of what was left in it. They were a bit astonished that I had so many so I just told them that I was stocking up for guests etc. No problems otherwise.Kwai Chi

I've been looking for Dentyl PH mouthwash everywhere for weeks this will explain why I couldn't find it in a single shop.0

Got a letter from Boots through this morning, as their advantage card records show that I did indeed buy one at Boots, just found it a few days ago actually! Can take it into any store for refund or exchange.0

I only knew about the dentyl product recall when boots sent me a letter, then I went on here and saw it's more than just dentyl ..... I'm returning my 1/2 a bottle to boots on saturday when I have time to.0

I only heard about this TODAY, when I got the Boots letter..... I buy gallons of this (when on offer) as it is the only mouthwash everybody will use.
I've been avoiding Boots as I spend too much there
& DH does the supermarket run.
Took my small stash of 3 full & one part used bottles back to Boots & had £11.96 back
Unfortunately, I sent DD & DS2 back to Uni with 2 bottles each, & DS1 took a bottle when he went back home after Easter ... off to do my personal product recall :rolleyes:I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
I returned two bottles today to Sainsbury's, had no problems gave me just under £6.00 for them.
I found if I went for a run soon after using it my right lung became really uncomfortable and I couldn't breathe properly, never had that problem before or since and only happened times when I used the mouthwash :-s0 -
Boots have just mailed me as well - and partner has had cough (really nasty, hacking one) for a few weeks. he thought it was hayfever kicking off.
Can't get through on careline, but I'm going to cause havoc when I do. If they started being recalled 2 weeks ago, then I should have been informed!---reech!

I have been using Dentyl since they were on offer a couple of months ago and have experienced sore throat and a cough the whole time. This has also happened to a colleague of mine.
We intend to get some sort of compensation.0 -
