    Here's a reasonably priced stand http://www.toysrus.co.uk/Babies-R-Us/Nursery/Moses-Baskets-and-Cribs/Rocking-Moses-Basket-Stand-Natural(0011470)?cm_mmc=Feed-_-Google%20Base-_-N%2FA-_-Rocking%20Moses%20Basket%20Stand%20-%20Natural
But I used to put Aimee's basket in her cot... and got sick of carrying the basket up and down pretty quick so she just used to lie on the sofa...

How ridiculous to remove a post offering you a service to find out information... It's not like I was giving medical advice!!!! Will PM you now

ETA should of searched first... Post has not been removed, it is here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=20591195&highlight=0844+412+4665#post20591195
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • As Krystaltips says, a lot of people sell both together (we got ours for £7!) so that's the most cost-effective way. We used ebay and looked for a 25-mile radius so it's not too far to go to collect (not worth it for the price). Baby items seem to come up regularly so you should be able to get a good deal.

As long as the baby's supervised I can't imagine you can't put the basket direct on a couch - the only issue potentially if you left the room is a sudden movement knocking it off, but not particularly likely I would have thought.

Jillie, I never used a foam bath support when my 2 were little, but I have got one this time, mainly for OH so he feels a little better about bathing the little one.

Ours was only £2.99 in Home Bargains! :)

I guess if he gets the job you'll need to work out some ground rules for the workplace otherwise it could get messy (even if you are the boss at home anyway!)
