Right, am off to bed now. I've been getting up early (6:30 - early for me!) this week so I can go into work early and get things done without being interrupted. The only issue is that that I'm really tired at night-time.

I'm out tomorrow night so probably won't get chance to catch up until Friday evening.

Please try not to chat too much, otherwise I'll never catch up again :D

... Hmm, I wonder if, after I've woken up lying on my back, I should lie on my side for a couple of minutes before getting up and that will solve the cramp and dizziness issue.

I've tried that and I think it does help. It just depends if I'm awake enough to realise that I need to roll over before I flex my foot! ;)

Oh tia, that might be a bit early !!!

Hopefully its just you being over tired and your mind doing silly things !!

I hope so too, but I've had things come true like that before. :rotfl:

However the one about DS1 being like that girl in the ring and not sleeping ever, that was just all those pickles :D I woke myself up ranting 'it's 3.30am, I need sleep!!!'
