Well I've been wanting to go into labour for at least the last week... And I have 3 weeks left...
Hubby's pulling the lounge apart looking for the DS... Aimee's wandered off with it... It usually turns up but he's paranoid she's taken it outside or something...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Where' Sami?...It's on but I'm not paying that much attention..
Where's Sami tonight?
I was proving a point to OH that I can survive without you lot (I did but god it nearly killed me!!):o
Can you believe Mum n I went to Manchester on the train on Saturday with my huge bump and the only person that offered me their seat was a lovely old lady, I let her have it tho her legs have been holding her up for a lot longer than mine
I was stood up and walking about for 3hrs or so in total and my feet were killing me all night!
Chris stayed at my mum so we were looking forward to a nice long lie in but oooh nooo next door has been passed on to yet another owner and they decided to come and drill through the locks at 7:30 am on a sunday:eek: OH was NOT amused and went out to give them an earful! Didn't stop then drilling and banging for 45mins though :rolleyes:0 -

Does anyone know if there are any other ways they use the scan to look for possible indicators of downs? I was 22 when I had dd and didn't even think once about the possibility...
There are things called 'soft markers' I think they check for them on the 20ish week scan or you can get the NT scan and bloods done privately if ur worried also you probably had a test called "serum screening" in ur booking bloods that is one of the tests for downs

we often get people ringing up asking for abx for uti - some docs will just give a script and others won't. If u tell them u have dipped it etc then u should just get a script. Trimethoprim is always first point of call as it works for most UTI's and is dirt cheap (guess who's allergic to it?!
) but not sure about in pregnancy. After Trimethoprim it's usually Augmentin, Ciprofloxacin or maybe Amoxicillin - I'm on good ole Amoxicillin - only one more day to go :j
It's in the next town over which is a biatch to park in so I might wait until I am on leave in June. DO u always get the price on the internet or does it depend on quality?I never have trouble parking if I go around 2/3pm coz everyone else has gone home
where do u usually park?0 -
Urgh, how did it get to be Monday morning again? I am so tired this morning it is ridiculous. Not sure if it's baby growing or because I only had 1 day off last week but I just want to curl up and sleep all day, not spend the next 8 hours on my feet.
Did have a lovely Saturday off though. Had a girly day and went for a very posh cream tea which was great. I thoroughly recommend it to any pregnant ladies- lovely to be waited on and drink tea out of a posh cup and saucer.

I do sympathise with you all having to go to work... I'm glad I don't have to though as my mobility is seriously iffy at the moment. Stupid thing is there is nothing that would have been preventing me working from home for the last 3 weeks... hohum!
I do feel a little better today - constantly feel tired at the moment though... extreemly tired! I do so want to get some cleaning and tidying done today thoughI want the baby out, but on the other hand I look at the house and think  So.... need to get this house at least a little tidier
I figure I'll start my list with the bath rooms... they're pretty easy to hit and once I have done the downstairs loo I can close the door on it and stop DH using it hehehehehehehehehehehehe

Stupid Mondays. Anyway, my list for today:
Take out rubbish
Clean old place
Bring stuff over here
Ab- and anmeldung (German legal thing)
Pick up breast pump (Monday evening)
Appointment with hospital for info evening (call for cancellation – Monday)
Make a list of questions to ask the doctor
Work on important work document till eyes get too tired
I asked my OH if he'd do two small things after I went to bed. Neither has been done, the dishes are still in the sink and the laundry hasn't been moved to the dryer. It astonishes me that I am fat and pregnant and running about trying to get stuff done because it needs to be done, and he is not doing anything. I know he's sick, and I know that he must feel like crap cause he has what I did, but none of the things I asked him to do were strenuous things at all.
