I'm not even going to TRY to catch up... :) Eventful day but will fill you all in tomorrow... I'm knackered! Let's just say we ended up being monitored in the delivery suite for over an hour before being released with the blessing of the registrar after neither a MW or Dr would release me until someone else made the decision! (Had ++ on protein and ++ on ketones again - oddly absolutely no glucose wooohooo!) So bloods have been sent off, Roo is fine and I'm fine and we're just waiting for urine analysis and blood analysis to see if there is anything they need to treat :)

I really like those chairs. I feel like a Bond villain sitting in them :rotfl:

Deadliest Catch is super cool. I'm such a nerd, but I love watching it. A friend of mine teaches in a school north of Seattle, where one of the Hansen brothers sends his kids. She met the brother at a parents' evening and said she was nearly starstruck!

Edit: Searching - I was talking about this with my dad the other day, after we spent about 60 quid and fed seven people with fresh home made food for eight days on the proceeds. It's all very well to show people that good, cheapish raw ingredients exist, but if you've no idea how to cook them or what goes with what or how to use a spice or a herb, then you'll make cack food and go back to convenience food just because it's easier. And when you can buy a ready meal for a pound, there's no impetus to change. Cooking classes are required, I think - I'd make them part of schooling and also part of Parentcraft to catch those of us who missed out on home ec while in school.

is even more fun than going to San Sebastian, Irun, Hendaye, Biarritz, Bayonne

did you see/hear all the fuss about the slimming pill Alibi (sp?)
loads of the comments were that it would make people think everything can be solved with a pill :rotfl: My mum had the prescription version and trust me if u don't follow the diet you know about it and I very much doubt anyone would go through that just so they didn't have to exercise/eat healthy!!
