Sami - to be honest me and OH have just been talking about me seeing the GP, i'll have 9 weeks on full pay and 8 weeks on 75% so that'd take me to Mat Leave but i don't like the thought of doing it, I feel like the worst kind of sponger, it's not what i want, i just want to be able to do my job but i pretty much know that the signs are there that i won't have one for long if I keep trying to work....
I know you have that loyalty and hardworker feeling BUT they aren't exactly helping themselves and frankly these days loyalty buys you nothing also you are in a better position if they wrongfully dismiss you as they can't really sack you will ur off sick... Sometimes you've just got to be 'selfish' you and ur family are the most important thing in this equation ;)

Evening ladies, not gonna go back through 4 days so if anything mega important has happened would be very grateful if someone could tell me. Sorry to be so lazy but I'm knackered. Have been on for a little bit though and had a look for feelie, so huge CONGRATULATIONS!

Hope everyone had a good weekend. X
I don't thin there has been any big developments apart from feelie's bubba arriving unless you've been away long enough to miss AM and sls giving birth too?
oh and me n Krystal have got our HiPG payments woo!

Hi all.. I've just had a read through and will prob drop back in before bedtime. Hope everyone is okay - hugs to all xx

I'm at my parents' house. We've just had tea and OH is now in the kitchen doing the washing up and making a cuppa - love him!

We called in home earlier and our bathroom has gone! I left at 8am and by the time Mum got there at 9.30am, there was no fixtures, fittings, bath or sink and by lunchtime there was no toilet, tiles, floor or ceiling! It looks tiny tiny tiny without anything in there now and the new bath (which is currently sat in my living room) looks HUGE!!

searching, I live in Grimsby! (nothing to boast about, but it's right near Cleethorpes ;))

    TTFN xx

    Regrets nothing...

Tara, can't remember exactly when I applied for mine but think it was round the beginning of March... Didn't have any warning it was going in there, it just appeared...

  • Hi guys,

I have come on here for a moan. Really bad pains today in groin. I had SPD with DS but not till about 29 weeks. Here I am at 23 and am struggling already. Walking like a little old lady and had to come home to work from home this afternoon.

Don't need this my OH has operation on friday and I need to be well to look after DS who is so lively at the moment. Feel like its all going wrong.

Sorry I am only about when I have a moan but I am too busy to sit down with laptop unless I am ill!

Well got my test earlier today about my Clamydia (sp?) test I was on about weeks ago? And it was negative :D As I expected but once we'd discussed it I would have worried all the way through if I hadn't got tested... just because I'm a worry wart :) Tomorrow I am going up to take some pics for my mate who'd cutting my hair in return (she's my hairdresser hehehe) and then wednesday DH mate is coming to do the painting in the nursery (Pooh!) and Thursday I have MW appointment - hopefully either Roo will have turned (she hasn't at the moment! I can feel her!) or they will get me booked in to have her turned the little toad :) If they do at least I get to see her on the scan again heehee!!!

Anyway I am KNACKERED again - have been for the last week or so... and I'm heading for another early night... I know it'll be hard work when she gets here but right now I'm desperate for her to arrive so I can actually get comfy for 5 mins to have even a nap! *sigh*

Shelvis, we don't mind you moaning, we're pregnant ladies... It's what we do best... That and eating ;)

I don't know if its the same with you, but I've found that I have the occasional good day where I don't ache or hobble quite so much.... Fingers crossed its the same for you... Nothing else I can offer really apart from try and do as much sitting around as you can :)

I applied 18th Feb and got it paid 17th April.
I've got the swabs ready to swab me, MW coming on wednesday so will ask her about it but I think the test says best done 35 - 37weeks so may wait until next MW appt (although I think I'd prefer this one as its at home, next will be in surgery)

I had wondered why it did that! I don't remember it happening last time but has been like ever since I got this bump :p

That happens to me in the bath when I'm getting in and out so have to lean back.....my bump looks like a conehead :rotfl:
