I don't think it matters that it's his birthday... Unless you called one of them Adolph... Ooh... Just reminded me of Michael McIntyre... We watched it again the other night... Hilarious!

I read somewhere once that the way air and gasses are constituted... That every breath we take has a particle in it that was once breathed by Hitler... Napoleon... Etc... Sounded fascinating... But could of been cow poop

My hubby keeps talking about his 'man drawer' it's the one with 2 screwdrivers and a hammer in it... I said it's funny how I use the things in the 'man drawer' more than he does

We have those pictures too! We bought them in B&Q a couple of years ago (how sad are we that we bought stuff for this baby before we even started ttc - in fact we bought the first baby things when we had only been together a couple of months, which was 5 years ago !)

It's a difficult one really as it all depends on the particular child. My 6yr old girl's b'day is 29 Aug and so is the youngest in her class, she's pretty young for her age anyway and has funding for extra help in the classroom as she already finds a lot of the work challenging.

In her case, I would have given anything for her to have been in the next year's intake. Sometimes when I hear some of the older ones in her class chatting there is a world of difference between them and her that it does make her stand out as particularly baby-like. Which could make her an open target. I never anticipated how much of a disadvantage it would be for her. I'm definitely glad this one's due a bit later on in the year.

I have the iPlayer on random at the moment... It's a little amusing to have a song by Stone Sour followed by something from Matt Redman... Followed by Some of hubby's crappy dance/club noise...

My midwife was asking about pain relief this morning... I told her I was just going to go with the flow and no preference for anything... It's like she was really pushing me to select gas and air... Like ticking the box on the form was so important... If I didn't choose it now it wouldn't be a choice in labour... stoopid woman...

Pardon my ignorance...I know what TENS machines ARE, but what do you actually use them for at home? I always thought they were for the delivery?
