Damzel and Tia - I'm planning to get going on number 2 as soon as this one pops out and I want three in total, so I think I'd get the use out of it (can store it in garage).

My only worry and this is a worry with all prams really is where to keep it usually? our hall is small and we don;t have a porch. What do other people do?

In my 1st house when DD was a baby, we had to keep the pram in the kitchen and fold it up and down every time we needed it ..... Complete nightmare at the start, but you get used to it very quickly

At least this time I have a small porch, so I should find it a bit easier !!

I'm watching a couple of those angel sounds dopplers on eBay - one username in particular sounds familar but can't think where from.........................

Also, watching a local one - hoping to save on postage :D

OH annoying the hell outta me!!

My ear hurts and I'm sure it's linked to my wisdom tooth pain.............feels like water in there and cotton buds coming out clean. Driving me crazy!!

After all the physical work yesterday, I did wake up aching all over, including mini-bump :( but had 2 lovely weddings at work, one was someone I know, which was a lovely surprise! Huge pile of ironing still beckons, so that's tonight's job!
Had to get some cheap hairbands today for my jeans, not ready for maternity clothes yet but everything's too tight.

DH just got in, toddler ready for bed - been up since 6, 1/2 hr nap, & getting ratty now!

Had lovely stir fry for tea, choc ices waiting 'til baby in bed! :D
Prob not back 'til tomorrow, have a nice night whatever you do!

    A xo

Skinty, we organised a company to take us to the airport when Aimee was 14m old... They came in a minibus and supplied a car seat, they also met us from our return flight and took us home again...

We keep the big pram under the stairs... With that one though, you could fold the wheels up and put the carrycot on the moses stand in the lounge, it would look ok...

    That pram is gorgeous!!

So are travel systems generally a lower quality then?? I'm confused, as I always thought they were more economical (kinda a 3-for-1 deal)...

I dont know  Ive only known i was pregnant a few days really....And ive got plenty of time to think it over. Ill more than likely get either the Maxi Cosi Mura 4...Or the Quinny Buzz 3...Because they both come in a variety of colours...i dont think ive seen a colour they dont do. And i wouldnt use any other car seat other than a maxi cosi anyway so both ways it makes sense for me.

I have seen some fabulous buggies recently...They had lions heads as hoods and other weird ones..but obviously not great with a new born...Maybe i can convince the naughty toddler (my new name for him) to squish himself in one? :D...Its a shame he's so tall, bless him he's not been in a buggy for over a year...His poor feet drag on the floor.
    Having a coke with you
is even more fun than going to San Sebastian, Irun, Hendaye, Biarritz, Bayonne
or being sick to my stomach on the Travesera de Gracia in Barcelona

We got a pushchair with car seat that locks in and car seat has a base for car. It's Mamas and Papas Aria and Primo Viaggio

Just felt a big churning in my tummy - trying to figure out if it's wind or baby.

Found another doppler to watch - can't believe how many there are from Hong Kong though.

    It was wind :o

Ah yes that's true, it would be OK in the lounge, with the wheels kept elsewhere.

Was it a normal taxi company you used? Or something special? I'd like to get it sorted in advance really so it's one less thing to worry about after the birth.
