Krystal I just want Roo to get out now - I don't care about when any more lol - sooner the better! It's getting painful no matter how I try and position myself in bed these days and when she moves it's really hurting too although I am sure I saw a foot this morning! DH will be green with envy - he's been waiting to see a foot for ages :rotfl: serves him right being out sea fishing today HA!
Might text him to tease him hehehe

Ooh, my little brother's off the America in July... Might ask him to bring some back with him... Or there's always my Mum going in September... Although I won't be pregnant by then so maybe they won't taste so nice?

Hubby asked about his P60 yesterday.... Apparently seeing as they have until May to distribute them, that's when he can expect his! Bloomin ridiculous place... Anyone else here work for the NHS? I haven't done any shifts since December, but I'm assuming mine will just come through the post like a wage slip would?

Aylesburygirl, I think Sami has eczema, sure i remember something about a steroid cream????? might have made that up though!!

Just had my first cup of raspberry leaf tea, which was quite nice-had the sugar at the ready just in case though!! got 3 boxes on offer at Holland and Barrett but just worked out that my plan of 1wk 1 cup 2nd wk 2 cups etc means il be short but hey ho I hope to be early anyway!!

YAY, last day at work 2moro, sorry to be smug but im SOOOOO heavy I cant wait to be able to just sit when i want and take my time!

I used rasberry tea leaf with my son...Drank it for weeks and weeks...I bought it fresh and weighed out from neals yards,and as lovely as it is--nothing changed ...Went to another shop bought it in tablet form...and went into labour after 2 days of taking it!!
Apparently if you get the highest strength tea leaf tablets-they can on set labour very very quickly.

Ooo postie just came - my referral to physio has come through... bear in mind the MW put my condition and pain levels as the highest there was on the form and that it was impairing my mobility significantly and restricting my sleep etc... it's been 2 weeks since she FAXED the form and my appointment is for?

May 1st!!!!! So a MONTH after I was referred! A MONTH! And 16 days before Roo is actually due... what's the point????
Any exercises they give me then won't have a chance to take effect surely? And any support bands or whatever they might order won't arrive until after she's born looking at their timescales... Utterly riddiculous!
Anyone else who has been referred to physio - how long was it for you to get your appointment???

And this is the health authority who have to save £46mil mainly through staff cuts and people are campaigning to get them to pay for their IVF treatment... Not to mention that people are being made redundant in the palative care unit (where they care for people with terminal cancer) because they don't have the funding for them...

*sigh* I should move 10 miles south or east and be in Bucks... Slightly better funding there....

Ooo have you seen the new trailer for the new movie?..They put out a longer one yesterday...it looks amazing. Really really great compared to the others.

off to pick up zoe in abit ... the choas comes home :rotfl: i did a big tidy up but i dont expect it to stay the same once she is home ... OH is going to get the bit of carpet while im out and if zoe has bought back alot of carp im gonna pop in town and get the last 2 packs of floor tiles and i'll do them tonight ... all im getting from OH is your nesting :rolleyes: x

Hello ladies and bumps!

Yet another rant :mad:
well I had my Anaesthetic review yesterday and I did not like the specialist. I felt like I was under attack for being overweight, but am starting to get used to this from MW's and sonographers. But this last appointment she jsut kept telling me that I am more likely to die than someone who isnt obese...I know this I dont need to be told 10 times in 15 minutes!! I was also annoyed when she said that due to my size she wouldnt be able to feel my spine... 5 mins later she had to do a physical check and said with great surprise "I can feel your spine!" Grrrrrrrr I want to wear a sign that says..... "I was losing weight before I got pregnant, and I was on the pill so no this wasnt planned now leave me alone!" :mad:

Having discussed with OH am now considering spinal block for Csection, due to reduced healing times etc. It still scares the heebie jeebies out of me so have warned OH that I will be a foul mouthed individual if that happens.... unfortunately it happens when I am scared witless. :rolleyes:

but i really want bubs to turn, and everything to go smoothly.

Tine - Physio referral, for the SPD it took 3 weeks... but for carpal tunnel it took 2 days! may be they find wrists easier to deal with lol :rotfl:

DID - I'm on 3 tabs a day at the moment which is what I'll stick to till Roo arrives - as far as I know then it doesn't start labour but helps everything contract back afterwards and helps reduce the time of the 2nd stage of labour
I'm going to carry on taking it after Roo arrives I think if MW and doc says it's ok to do so - might help everything else shrink back in there
