    Hi all :D

Punkygoth - you're on the list, so welcome to our little gang :j

Well done on clearing the huge amount you have done so far :T

    Hi,
Thanks for adding me! Everyone is always so nice on here. I never would have cleared the debt I have if it wasn't for this site, particularly so far the Debt Free Wanabee forum and all of the challenges!

    Good luck everyone! :j

Hello Debt free by birhday wannabes!! :j

Booo, I started this too late and partly due to losing my job 2 weeks ago I have even increased debt slightly in the last few weeks. Rubbish!!

I have 5 days including today to find more than £2,000 - any ideas!!! Legal ones only! lol :rotfl::rotfl:

I was so close at one point.... hope you all doing well. Keep on track!

    x

The only ways I can think of involve too much risk!!
Maybe you can choose another significant day for you to aim for instead if Debt Free for 31 is too far away to be challenging! Good luck with it!

Welcome to Punky and any other newbies as well as any lurkers.

F_F thanks as ever for keeping us making those baby steps and for picking us up when we admit to going off track!

A small payment today has creeped my ticker forward to 23.2%

I have now finished paying my OH back the money I borrowed off of him 2 christmasses ago for christmas presents and to pay some overdraft charges last year, so it feels good that I no longer owe him any money.

Should be able to make quite a big overpayment to one of my CC's this month too.. :D

*edit* just went and paid £140 extra off of Halifax CC, which felt very nice :D Nearly cleared that one off now... So ticker now shows updated total. I didn't think I'd make this total 'til the end of the month si I'm really pleased I've done it so early (save a few pennies on interest! :D)
:jI have now officially paid off over 25% of my debt!!:j

Hi please could you amend my debt level by £4K extra as I had to buy a car - both of ours died at the same time... Interest free tho from MIL only have to pay back when we can. I would like to change our DF target by a year sadly as I am still out of work.... Hopefully will get back on track once back in work.

    19626 minus debt paid £978 in total = £18648

Hi all, i have been awol for too long, somehow got off track, with having a new baby and all that. And unfortunately I have to report that this last month our debt level has gone in the wrong direction. Too many unexpected things have come up that needed paying for. However, since starting this challenge I have paid off £1559.:j

I will now have to step up my debt busting and probably still will not be able to meet my DFB. :o Will come on here more often and go back to do PADs as well, to keep me motivated and going in the right direction! And its time for some ebaying which I meant to do for a few months now.
