Glad I'm not the only one!
My debt free date is also about 4 months after my birthday at the moment so I'm also going to have to work very hard at getting to the target!! I was doing really well and had knocked a couple of months off but have lost momentum recently and had a couple of blips.
Hopefully with all the support on here and the challenges I'll get back on track. Can't wait until payday so I can get PADing again!!
Keep going Sarah and Freisian- we can do it!!!!2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -
Hi all.
Not posted a lot on this thread yet.
At the moment by DFD is June 2012 and I want to be DF November 2011. Once I start paying £400 a month in September my snowball should come forward to Jan 2012 so then I 'only' have 3 more months to shave off.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -

More than 10% of the way there, why the sad face? Happy faces all round
We can't expect this debt-free thing to move quickly, the hard part once you have your initial LBM is the months of slog afterwards. Keep positive!0 -
Had a look through my spreadsheets yesterday- it looks as though my ticker will move the wrong way this month
I'm not sure I can face actually putting it up
I don't know if I've made the right move but I've transferred my OD to a 0% CC so I'll pay out less interest. Since the 0% interest runs out in May next year and my DFB date is April I figured it will give me added incentive to get everything cleared.
I must remember to ring bank after the transfer has happened and decrease my OD limit- don't want to get tempted!! Just keep enough for an emergency!!2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -
