Sometimes we try really hard and life gets in the way. Don't let it get you down. Enjoy a lovely birthday and aim for a different DFD.
Sorry to hear about your job.

I'm still really struggling. Made a great start but now I'm slipping back. Unfortunately getting the house ready to sell means there are more expenses and I then feel justified in spending.
I've realised that although I've made some moves in the right direction I haven't tackled underlying issues and emotions so that when times get tough it's too easy to fall back.
I'm thinking of starting a diary on here- it might help me to discuss issues around my spending and help me to read back. Even if it just ends up being a personal journal it might help me to get things out and aired!2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -

I would like to change our DF target by a year sadly as I am still out of work.... Hopefully will get back on track once back in work.

I'll have to take a look at a few more. I'm notoriously bad at keeping diaries but it sounds like it could be worth it if it helps my motivation. Any other DFBs have diaries?
Maybe we could have the links posted on this thread F_F?2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -

Oh dear! Was feeling quite pleased with myself, pride comes before a fall!
Having had the flu...followed by a vomiting thing....lovely! I have not been anywhere much for 3 weeks and had managed to accumulate about an extra £200, which I was going to put towards my debt.....however...helping my partner swap his van and our car around on the drive...i drove the car into the side of the house!!!!:o
Moral of the story..don't attempt to drive the day after constant vomiting!!!0 -
Oh dear- poor Punky!
Hope you feel better soon.
How long have you been ill with the vomiting thing? I've been nauseous and vomiting on and off for a week and a half and the Dr is not sure why. Maybe it's a bug if there is something going around?
Candi- well done
