Aww sweetie, big hugs to you, take all day tomorrow just for you, do all the things you love doing, if its sitting on the sofa eating chocs then do that, recharge your batteries, and be ready for when your charming young man comes home, you are a great mum, and he is lucky to have you xx
Sunnygirl, I hope all goes well with your dad, xx
Blairweech, Ohhhh how exciting, spill the details ....:D
Its rained non stop here today, we nipped into town, picked up some violas for the front garden, and some tin foil quiche dishes, so that OH can take quiche to work.
DD and I watched two films this afternoon, The changling, very good film based on a true story, and The boy in the stripped pyjamas, very sad indeed.
Well just had dinner, and going to open a bottle later. Have fun all xx

happy birthday Ladymay:bdaycake: Hope you enjoy your evening.
Sorry to hear about your dad SunnyGirl. You have to hold on to the thought that he is in the best place right now even though you aren't close by. Thinking of you and hope he can be moved soon (((hugs)))
Have put the heating on for a hour as it's turned a bit chilly here.
WM is on with young dog's bedding and she is fast asleep in nice fresh bed. She gets itchy skin if she doesn't get her bedding washed every few days with Fairy .
I made a big pot of curried veg soup for my tea so that will do tomorrow as well and maybe some for the freezer.
Finally painted round the bedroom window so have the curtains back up. I also moved the bookcase through to the back bedroom so that's made the room look less cluttered. Just need Dh to come back on Mon and move some more furniture then we should get the room finished next week. There's something very satisfying (to me) about white walls. I'm going to iron a white duvet set tomorrow and change the bed. I think it will look peaceful. DH may disagree.
Ok, off for a browse, then another cuppa (decaf tea at this time of night;)) and back to Sepluchre for me.
Hope you are all ok. (((hugs))) penpin - sorry that you were unwell when you were away

Wishing everyone a very Happy Easter.
OS today - well it was mainly in the garden, planting out, sowing, potting on. Tonight it will be continuing knitting jumper out of some Jaeger wool I picked up in charity shop for 70p a ball!
Does fish and chips from the chippy for tea count as OS?They were really good though!
Hugs to those who need them and furry purrs to all the pets.0 -

Pouring with rain here,, I am hoping that it clears up later but its not looking good, would have liked to have got into the garden, but we will see.
House is fairly tidy after the estate agent came yesterday, I am going to post a question on the house selling board as I am more confused than ever .
Just a quick tidy round today, then maybe a trip to the town of many charity shops.
We are having a curry tonight hm from the freezer, so minimun prep there.
N9eav, good luck with the chicks, can you post some photos when they appear ???
Have good days all xx
