This might have been covered already - but it is a very long thread and didn't have time to read it all.
RE : Johnsons Dry Cleaners.
Wanted to have a few suits cleaned today and the old battleaxe at the counter said
first, I couldn't use the clubcard deals vouchers with any other offer - e.g. thet were giving out half price leaflets.
second, I had to hand over any vouchers at the time of depositing the clothes - not when I picked them up as they would not take them then.
The first seems fair enough, if it is true, but is that second right? Surely you give the vouchers as part of the payment process?
cheers0 -
As long as they give you a receipt I can't see it being a problem? A lot of companies won't let you use deals against offers (which is a shame!).0

I didn't have the vouchers at the time - which was what annoyed me. Had to drag the clothes home again.
Just seems a backwards way of doing things - what if I am unhappy witht he cleaning? they already got my money.0 -
Hi everyone,
Sorry if this is a silly question, It certaintly is wishful thinking...
If I go for example to Hampton court, can I pay with my deals tokens to pay for the entry AND use the 241 offer because I travelled by train? Or can I only use one of these offers?? Anyone tried this?
Thanks.0 -
Probably covered already, but what is 1000 points actually worth in Cafe Rouge deals? Is it £2.50...or a tenner maybe!!!!!!!This post was created in an area that may contain nuts!0

Hi Everyone,
Was just wondering if anyone has used their vouchers for Cosmos holidays. I should have £200 by next spring (£800 in cosmos vouchers) it should pay for most of the holiday i want. Just wondered if they get accepted easily.
Thanks0 -
We had our holiday with Cosmos this year courtesy of Tescos with no problems at all. You just phone the dedicated number (on Cosmos section of clubcard website) and make your booking. You need to have ordered the deals vouchers before you book and you then send off the required number - all very easy. I wouldnt hesitate to do it again.0

You will have no problem using your vouchers to pay for your holiday - The companies that accept deal vouchers are used to dealing with high value amounts. Enjoy your holiday;)Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0
