Hilton Hotels- Anyone had any problem redeeming their vouchers?

I booked 2 nights (for December) at the Hilton on 5th September. I followed the instructions on the Tesco deals website to a T. I rang central reservations who gave me a price and a booking number. I wrote the booking number on the deals vouchers (£160-worth) and sent them via special delivery to the address given on the Tesco Hilton deals page. This was 7th September.

I checked the post office online delivery checker and it said that the letter had been signed for on the 10th September.

On the Hilton deals instructions it said that I should receive confirmation and some Hilton vouchers in return-which I then take to the hotel on checking in. I have never recieved anything. Central Reservations (obvs in America) can't help as they were sent to Glasgow. I rang the actual hotel and they have my booking but don't know anything about the vouchers.

I'm worried that they will deny I ever sent anything and I will be £160 of vouchers down :-(

Anyone else had any problems? I assume I can't claim anything off the post office for the 'loss' of the vouchers since they were successfully delivered as far as they were concerned.

    Thanks

I have used tesco/hilton. you should receive the vouchers from the glasgow office in time usually. otherwise the number that they have on the clubcard website for hilton connects you to the glasgow office and you can ask them when they are sending out the vouchers.

You can contact Hilton UK on (0141) 2044321 and ask to talk to the Tesco reservations team.

Hi - I hope someone could help me with these questions please as i am fairly new to tesco saving and never used any of my vouchers before.

I'm thinking of converting my vouchers to use for a mag subscription and possibly blockbuster vouchers with the remaining.. Can you only sub to the magazines on the deals site or others too as the one i wanted isnt there..

On my last statement i had approx £20+ in vouchers but i didnt want to use them then so havent kept them - is this bad?? :(

Do i have to wait until the next statement to convert my vouchers to deals and if so will i have time to get a subscription and vouchers in time for xmas presents?

    Many thanks for any help.

 Please don't say you threw them out?! You'll need to phone Tesco CC to get them cancelled if you have. If you have, you'll have to wait till the next mailing (due in November). You should have enough time to sort your subscriptions for Christmas presents though.

All the magazines you can subscribe too are on the deals site.

    HTH

You are supposed to keep them as they are valid for two years. They should reissue them though, but call quickly as it will be quarter end in 3 weeks, you need to get it sorted by then or you won't see them till Feb.

I've just sold my points on ebay and the buyer has given me a list of things to exchange them for.

    2 x magazine subscriptions

    10 x Yates's vouchers

    4 x Brilliant ideas book

    and then Tesco Diets.

So if I add all these to my basket, I'm guessing I get vouchers for everything which I then send onto the buyer who then fills in the subscription form etc for the magazines and books... or do I have to fill the buyers details in?

How does it work for the Tesco Diet ... anyone any ideas?

I've never exchanged deals before, never mind done it for someone else.

    Thanks
